This is a comfortable and nicely furnished apartment a few minutes from Rialto in the Cannaregio area, close to Ca’ d’Oro and Strada Nuova with "osterie", restaurants and shops; yet tucked away in a really quiet and pretty corner overlooking a lovely canal.
It’s also very near the Fondamente Nuove where there is Vaporetto stop to Murano, Burano and Torcello.
This apartment is on four floors: on the ground floor there is an entrance with a well equipped kitchen/dining room and small bathroom with shower and washing mashine; on the first floor there is a comfortable and bright living room, on the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub, on the last floor you find a small bedroom with a bunk bed and bathroom with shower.
The apartment is furnished in elegant and new style and air conditioning makes it perfect also for a Summer holiday.

One of our favorite apartments, it’s perfect if you are looking for a location in the real Venice everyday life, few steps from Rialto and San Marco but far from the crowd and the "touristy" areas.
