This is a very nice and quiet apartment located in the Fenice Theatre area, only a few minutes walking from San Marco square and just off Campo S. Angelo. It is also very close to one of the most important street of Venice for shopping Calle XII Marzo where you can find all most famous italian fashion shops and boutique.
The apartment is on the second floor; it is composed of an entrance, a double bedroom (that can also be used as a twin), a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a large living room with fully fitted kitchenette and a sofa bed. This room is very airy and bright thanks to the very big windows.
The apartment is just restored and therefore completely new and comfortable, furnished in elegant style.
