The house is on three floors and is both roomy and compact.
The private front door opens on to a small entrance where there is bathroom with Jacuzzi tub; through an inside staircase you reach the first floor where there are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twins) and a bathroom with shower.
The staircase leads to the second floor where there is an airy living space that opens in a small sunny terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. It is a very cosy house in one of our most requested areas (Accademia). The apartment has air conditioning and is an ideal place for quiet holiday.
