Valentina was superb - very gracious, helpful and welcoming.  Our apartment, Ca' Bellini, was perfect - the only surprises were pleasant ones.  We would not hesitate to direct visitors to your service.  Our experience with Views on Venice has been extremely positive and we'll make sure to pass on the good word.
