You are an utter delight to deal with. Venice is our favorite place to visit and your apartments, together with your great customer care, make the visits perfect. We are extremely grateful for the recent upgrade when the fridge in out original apartment broke down. You upgraded us to a fabulous property and were so quick and flexible with the arrangements. We will continue to select your apartments whenever we visit Venice (which tends to be yearly) and have been sending links and recommendations to many friends and colleagues. You are, quite simply, the best holiday service we have ever used.

You were all very gracious, helpful and responsive- we particularly appreciated Rachel starting her day early to allow us plenty of time to catch our train. The apartment 'Ca della Commedia' is comfortable and well equipped and the position worked well for us. We will certainly return to Venice and will look to work with ViewsonVenice again.
