Location was phenomenal, washer was a great convenience, info on your website helped when planning our stay in Venice, but I really needed tips to negotiate that shower! But seriously, we spent a wonderful five days in Venice, partly due to your suggestions when your representative, Francesco, met us at Altrove to show us to our apartment. Thank you for everything, including the photo of the gondolier floating past our dining room window.

we were happily surprised to come back to the apartment one day and find the linens changed! and there was so much good equipment...like umbrellas as well as a washing machine...
the views on venice map was very good and the booklets that came with the apartment...
