My family and I were very grateful indeed for your kindness and efficiency in planning and organising our stay at thre Ca' del Mercante. As you had said, the situation was exactly right for us and we walked or used our vaporetto passes to get easily wherever we wanted. You will be amused at the postcard sent by the two children: We are having a veru good time and we have seen every church, palace and museum in the city. They were very impressed by the secret itinerary in the Palazzo Ducale and we were on top of the campanile at San Giorgio Maggiore at 12 noon!
Thank you for all that you did. The two boys will enjoy discovering one day that there are SOME churches and museums still to see.

Mrs Griggs and I want to thank views on Venice for a wonderful vacation and a beautiful apartment. We plan to return in another year, and we will certainly be in touch with you.
 
We loved our apartment in Palazzo Mocenigo, and we are grateful to you and Daniela for all your care and concern. I also wish to thank Daniela for letting me use the telephone and the computer to send an email message.
 
Our special thanks to Raquele fro meeting us and for coming to the apartment the evening before we left. She was an amazing help to us in so many ways.
