This was the first time I'd booked through Views on Venice so I anticipated this might be a gamble that could end up positively or negatively. Thankfully it was a professional and easy booking service to use and each representative I communicated with by email, phone or in person was informed, interested in assuring my experience was positive and each question was answered. I would definitely use Views on Venice again and, having returned within the last 48 hours, have already recommended it to other friends who were intrigued by my description of how flawlessly everything was conducted. Thank you for making my introduction to Venice a very positive and friendly one.

The apartment was beautiful!  I really enjoyed the location and the overall feel in the apartment.  I loved the Dorsoduro area!  The lady who helped me when I arrived, Raquele, was outstanding!! so helpful! I arrived by myself and she graciously helped me bring my suitcases all the way to the third floor!! to the apartment...I truly appreciate her friendliness and professionalism, not to mention her help with everything.  I hope to be back in Venice again soon and I will contact Views on Venice again as I had a truly great experience because of them!
