I have been renting apartments from Views on Venice for years now -- and have never been disappointed. Ca' Belle is in Dorsoduro in Campo S. Agnese. It's a great location, steps away from Fondamenta Zattere and a two-minute walk to Accademia.
The apartment is near the Swiss consulate and has a private entrance. After climbing a few stairs, you arrive in the apartment, which has the feeling of a loft. There's a small kitchen/dining room (a table on the edge of the kitchen); a short wall divides the kitchen from the living room. There are two large bedrooms and a nice bathroom with tub and hand-held shower.
A Billa supermarket is about a five-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants, including my favourite Riveria, are all short walks away. The Zattere and Accademia vaporetto stops are very close. There's an internet/change/ticket office in the campo, but it seems to open only in the morning.
The representatives of Views on Venice speak very good English. They will arrange a water taxi to meet you at the airport (and take you back), if you desire. They will meet you near the apartment and give you a thorough briefing on the apartment. They also give you their mobile numbers, as well as the office number. They are very responsive. We think the published information on the apartment gave a very accurate picture of the apartment.
