The apartment was of the highest quality and comfort and more impressive even than the tempting photographs on the website disclosed. We particularly appreciated being delivered to and collected from the palazzo's own landing stage on the Grand Canal by water taxi. I have been recommending Views on Venice to all my friends!

Ca' Cerchieri terrace apartment was beautiful, super-clean, and had multiple views of the grand canal. It was a perfect way for a family of six to enjoy Venice, at a fraction of the price of a comparable hotel.

Just wanted to let Views on Venice know what a great time we had in Venice and how much we liked our accomodations.  Phillipo was very nice and his rental unit spectacular view and nicely appointed.   

We all thought the apartment with it's commanding view and location was very special.  Thanks for Everything - we won't hesitate to recommend you to our friends or hopefully return and use you again.
