Really a great source of apartments in Venice . Getting to the apartment the first time is difficult in Venice and they were smart in meeting me at the water bus . The apartments are perfect as others in my group rented and were equally pleased.

I stayed in this apartment a few years ago and remembered how much I liked it. I have visited Venice many times over the past ten years, sometimes using apartments, sometimes using hotels but this is my favourite place to stay. It is in the centre of the city but staying there is still quiet and peaceful. We were met by Annalisa who was lovely and who remembered me from my last stay. We enjoyed shopping at Billa and Rialto market, and also enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The only thing I didn't like was the non-stick pans but this is a personal choice. Only one suggestion: we were met at Sant Angelo but this seems to be a complicated way to the apartment. Santa Maria del Giglio was much easier to find, and the route from San Marco is easier still. Thank you for another lovely stay in Venice.

I stayed for almost 4 weeks in Ca Fenice1. I loved it very much because of where it is, because it is perfectly furnished with lots of options to make it feel like home, loved the double-glazed windows giving me the option of quietness, because everything I need (and more) is been provided for (maybe the pans have to be replaced as people scratched them) and because the girls at views of Venice are very helpful, friendly and nice. I'm looking forward to my next stay in two years time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Venice - the apartment was exactly as advertised. Very attractive, comfortable and well-equipped - good value for money. Being met at the Vaporetto stop, with supermarkets etc. pointed out was particulary useful. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early as we arrived on the morning train from Paris.

Fantastic apartment and great location - delivered everything promised by the site. Simple to find and the very helpful Sylvia talked us through everything and met us at the Vaporetta stop - no way we would have found our way through the maze of streets otherwise! Will definitely recommend Views on Venice to friends and will use you again next time we head to Venice.

We found Irene waiting for us at the vaporetto stop, as arranged, and she answered all our questions. The apartment was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and sheets, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. With the superb location on Campo San Fantin, it was a great value, & we had a wonderful time. (We could not have afforded it without the special offer discount.) We appreciated the note left on the door when my girlfriend's mother left a phone message for us at your office.

We had such a wonderful time that we do not have words to express our happiness. The apartment was especially homelike and we felt totally content there. We were so sad to leave. We were very impressed with the renovation of the apartment to the point that we are copying some features in our own house. I would recommend the apartment to other visitors.

We would like to thank you again for this stay in Venice. This was the second time for us to come to a Views on Venice's apartment and it was really great. It was great being met at the vaporetto stop and being taken to the apartment. It was also useful being told where the supermarket was and getting some general information. Your information book was really useful especially in respect of restaurants. We thought it was well organised and would use Views on Venice again

We had an excellent time. We were upgraded to Ca Canal from Ca Fenice. It is a wonderful appartment and have recommended it to lots of friends since we returned. We were very lucky as the weather was beautiful (clear skies then thick snow) and views fanatastic.
