This was our second visit to Ca' Giulia and once again we were enthralled with its charm, its location and fabulous views onto the ever changing life along the Grand Canal. Shopping at Rialto markets and eating our delicious meals on the terrace made us feel as if we were the luckiest people in Venice.
Daniella Annalisa and everyone at VoV are so responsive, available and super courteous. Nothing is too much trouble.

First, it was a very lovely apartment and spacious apartment. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting outside the apartment with all of the locals at the restaurant next door, playing games and enjoying a drink and the sunset. It was very lively. We also enjoyed all of the everyday action that too place just outside our windows. My little girl loved sitting in the bedroom and saying Ciao to the gondolas as they passed by.
We have stayed in many comparably nice apartments in France, Italy, and South American and most included a telephone with FREE unlimited calls to the U.S. That this apartment didn't even have a phone was a big (and expensive) problem for us.
Also, as Venice is confusing, it would have been nice to have a personalized map showing the markets, etc. rather than just a list.
Finally, Valentina was a wonderful babysitter for our daughter. She was kind, fun, and provided excellent care. That you have such a person working for you should be advertised as a plus for your company. It allowed me and my husband to enjoy Venice on our own, knowing that our child was in good hands.

You should update your description and photos of Ca' Gulia. It's location and views of the Grand Canal were underplayed on your website.

Many many thanks for all the arrangements for the above appartment. We felt that you undersold the views and position as we had an amazing week staying there. To experieince the hectic activity of the Grand Canal in front of your eyes was unforgettable. So many thanks and if we go back to Venice again, there is no doubt that we would not stay in a hotel but book an appartment.
