Fabulous experience. Booking with Annalisa and Silvio was easy and proceeded as explained. Our concact, Irene, was great. We met as planned, she took us to our apartment and explained everything. The apartment was clean and as advertised. We were very pleased and will definitely recommend and use Views on Venice again. Many thanks!

The Ca' Malipiero apartment was wonderful in almost all respects. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, it was clean, and the terrace was a real delight. We were blessed with unusually cool and dry weather for July, which made early evenings on the terrace a dreamy way to close the day. The laundry space is also very functional. The position of the apartment on the top floor of the building with exposure on 3 sides made the light and air of the space a joy.
Two points of reservation. The kitchen is a little under-supplied with cooking utensils. This did not limit our enjoyment, but we did buy an extra cutting board and a carrot/potato peeler and left them behind for the apartment. More important, the bathroom ceiling is quite low -- less than 2 meters surely -- and I think it would be well to warn potential clients of this point. It did not bother us at all since we are not (or, regarding my son, not yet) tall.

All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. Sylvia and Fillipo were particularly helpful. We enjoyed the apt which is in a very convenient location for the Vaporetto. The kitchen had some of the staples left (salt, oil, coffee, etc) which was very convenient.
Overall a very enjoyable experience. We will use Views on our next trip.

This was a great apartment . We loved the furnishings. It was easy to relax. The cooking facilities were great - we were able to cook easily for 4 .
We would recommend it. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness!
