We very much enjoyed our stay in Venice. We found the solution of renting an appartment through your services very convenient.

We spent four days in Ca' delle Mende in September 2009.
The apartment was ideal for us (two adults and two teenagers), with its two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a WC, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The apartment is very well-located. You have two boat-stops just a few minutes away (Accademia and Le zattere), and you can reach in a few minutes walk several interesting places, such as the Accademia Art Gallery and the Basilica of La Salute. In about 20 minutes walking you reach Piazza San Marco.
Though the apartment is located in the city center, the street (Ca' delle
Mende) is a narrow and quite street, somehow away from the flow of tourists.
Annalisa kindly met us at Academia at 11:30pm, as agreed. We were allowed to keep the apartment until 3pm the day of our departure.
All in all, the choice of renting Ca delle Mende through Views on Venice, proved to be a very good choice that we would like to recommend to other people who are planning to visit Venice.

I am writing to thank you and Irene for your assistance.
We were very pleased with the appartment (Ca delle Mende), it was very quiet indeed, and it was lovely to have a spacious sitting room and dining room, and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped (the only things we lacked were a large coffee pot and a plug for the kitchen sink!)
We had a very good stay in Venice, and the location was perfect for our needs. Taking the boat from Zattere to the airport was extremely relaxing - and it only took about 1hr 20 mins, which I think was about the same amount of time we took to come by bus and vaporetto (given the change and the waiting times). This was a lovely way to say goodbye to Venice, and very easy and restful travelling that way - no problems with our luggage either.
I trust you found everything OK after we had left. I left behind some olive oil which sadly we weren't allowed to take with us on the aeroplane - I thought the next guests might be able to make use of it.
We will definitely recommend your agency to our friends.
