Ca' Samuele apartment is lovely.Furnishings, bright yellow walls, convenience to getting around the city and having a front row seat to  the activity on the Grand Canal are just wonderful. Rachele , your representative, did an excellent job meeting us and  showing and explaining the workings of the apartment to us.The information book was very useful, I don't remember there being one the last time.

We would be happy to stay in Ca'Samuele again and recommend it to others.

Views on Venice is a fantastic company to work with.  The choice of properties in Venice are outstanding.  This was our first trip to Italy and we had little time to plan or learn any Italian.  So we were very relieved to have the help of the experienced and friendly staff from Views on Venice.

The Ca'Samuele location we stayed in was very private, small and cozy but perfectly sized for a short stay for my wife and I.  And the unique location (right on the Grand Canal) was something that made our trip to Venice truly memorable.  Several days we purchased fresh seafood from the Rialto market and dined from the apartment, while we were treated to a free show as the gondoliers paddled by singing to their passengers.  A hotel with equivalent locale and amenities would have easily cost twice as much.

Thanks Views On Venice.  I would highlly recommend your services to future travelers to Venice who are looking for a unique experience.

The apartment was a delight, very welcoming, charmingly decorated, very clean and well presented and exactly as we expected from the website discription. It was very quiet, even though so conveniently situated, right on the Grand Canal. We would love to return to beautiful Venice - our two weeks there were wonderful and we would certainly stay in this apartment and recommend it to our friends. Your staff were friendly and helpful and our arrangements worked like clockwork. Thankyou.

Especially useful was Annalisa meeting us at the all-night vaporetto stop (San Angelo) instead of the one closer to the apartment (San Samuele). Had we not walked with her from San Angelo, it would have been hard to find. Loved the apartment, it was exactly as we had hoped and perfect for us for the week. The location was quiet and yet close to both Rialto and San Marco. Thank you! By the way, we even wrote about VoV and the apartment on our blog.

I was a real blessing to have the charming assistance of Irene to accompany us when we arrived at the airport and when we left from the station. We're exceptionally happy that we discovered ViewsOnVenice and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Venice.

Everything was well organised, Silvia made us feel very welcome and told us all we needed to know.  We were delighted with Ca' Samuele was just as it appeared on the website.  It was clean and well equipped, although we would have liked a toaster!
There were some lovely books on Venice to browse through.
We would certainly recommend VonV and hope to book through you again.

We would like to thank you for your kind attention and help before and during our wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment.
 
Yesterday we were able to pack then go out for a few hours and return to pick up our luggage so we were able to have a relaxing last day thanks to your arranging the later departure.
 
It was such was a memorable experience to be so close to the Grand Canal and it is such a convenient location for sightseeing.
 
We will recommend your company whenever friends are visiting Venice. Hopefully we will see you again.

Daniela - we wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our five days in Ca' Samuele - or as we now know, the ground floor apartment of Palazzo Lezze!
 
The apartment was beautifully presented to such a high standard, with all facilities and services;  and its location was ideal - looking out on the Grand Canal, only a few minutes from the San Samuele vaporetto stop, near the delightful Campo San Stefano and close to a friendly alimentari and excellent osteria (Bacareto).  It was also in easy reach of San Marco, Accademia, Rialto and many other places, as well as being in a quiet location itself.
 
We realised that our neighbour (and owner of the apartment?) was Dottor Vittorio Coin, owner of Coin department store near Rialto, and a local philanthropist.   We had met him briefly at the door to the courtyard, and then happened to read about him in an article in Gazettino Venezia on Friday 6 June! 
 
I hope other visitors enjoy their stay as much as we did.  Thanks to you and Irene for helping to make our stay smooth.

The Ca' Samuele apartment was exactly as-described and actually exceeded my expectations...a superb water-level view of the Grand Canal looking directly across to the Ca' Foscari from two big windows as icing on the cake. A large locked entrance door from the calle leads to a beautiful little courtyard and then the extreme privacy of the apartment itself...a sanctuary of calm and great charm. Superb antique shops, art galleries, restaurants and Campo San Stefano within a leisurely 5 minute walk or less...a magnificent exhibit at Palazzo Grazzi a stone-throw away. Would we stay here again? In a heart-beat!

We will suggest Views on  Venice to all our family and friends. Booking was easy , we were very thankful for the help of Annalisa and Silvia in arranging our transportation and arrival into Venice.
 
We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.
