The flat is cosy, exactly as described on the website, the kitchen is fully equipped, it is a highly comfortable first floor (only 12 steps to climb and in good condition) with great views of the canal and San Trovaso, composed of a lovely twin room, a convenient double room and a great suite with a good bathroom plus a social bathroom (with great red tiles). There is a dining area/kitchen plus a sitting/living area with lots of space and two sofas. The TV has lots of cable channels in many languages and there is a stereo (an extra sound system or small TV would be great in the dining area!). The location could not be better in these Winter sunny days (near Zattere boat stop and two supermarkets, Billa and Punto Sma, as well as Academia bridge and museum, Gelataria Da Nico, Laguna caffè, Pizzeria Ae Oche, a farmacy, Toletta bookshop, ...). Overall, Views on Venice renders, always, a great, pristine, perfect service, with your every query being answered swiftly and according to your needs. Ca' Dello Squero was exactly as advertised! Facing the last gondola boatyard inside Venice (aboslutely no noise), and so close to the Academia and the Grand Canale. In addition, a great thank to Annalisa who was so kind in answering our questions on the phone when booking. And the service was so perfect (changing 2 broken bulbs within half a day of our requests - what a great quality of service). This made our 10th anniversary of wedding with our children the most fantastic holidays of the last 10 years !

On our first day, we noticed some minor issues at the apartment (the shower bar was faulty, the dishwasher wouldn't start); we only had to send a text message and it was all sorted out before we were back for dinner. Excellent response!
In general terms, the apartment met all our expectations. It was confortable and well equiped. And the best of all was the location, close to the most turistic areas but in a much quieter place. We also had a supermarket nearby. I strongly recommend it.

We loved the appartment ca'dello squero. It was near the vaporetto stop and in a quiet area. The appartment was big enough for our family of 7 people.

The apartment matched our expectations - exactly as described on the website. We loved the location and we thought it very good value for money. We would definitely recommend Views on Venice to anyone. Shame you don't do other locations too!!

Ca' Dello Squero looked exactly like the photos and was not a disappointment. The location was fabulous...very close to the Zattare vaporetto, Accademia bridge, and a nice 15 minute walk to San Marco. The apartment was well maintained, very clean and exceeded our expectaions. Your company does an excellent job and I highly recommend Views on Venice.

The entire experience with Views On Venice was an excellent one. The apartment was just as presented, it was clean, and it was well equipped. The staff was universally helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to use Views On Venice again and will recommend it to family and friends.

I very much liked the extensive photos of the apt--and it was just like the pictures. It was not too fancy--a place for a family to relax. We loved it. The apt was the first one I looked at--looked further and came back to it

We had the most wonderful few days. Annalisa(I am away from home & might not have spelt that right) was very helpful whilst I was trying to work out where to stay. In fact it was because of her as much as the apartment that we used VOV.
The apartment far exceeded our expectation both in its quality and facilities as well as its location. On top of all this VOV provided a service that is not mentioned on its web site, three and a half days of unbroken sunshine. Wonderful.

The Ca dello Squero was even better than we expected. The only suggestion: more light in the dining area (far end of the table as you face the front door).
We will recommend you to friends traveling to Venice.
