I was very grateful to Valentina for her assistance when I arrived and for showing me how to navigate to a vaporetto that was reasonably close by so that I could catch an early train to France. She was kind enough to walk me to that stop.

I could not have been more impressed with your information and assistance.

This was a really nice, clean apartment I was pleased to note that you provided cleaning material, loo rolls, soap. The dining chairs were not comfortable to sit on, perhaps cushions would help.  The apartment was very conveniently located.

really quiet location but central placed, perfekt equipment, an a really big plus point is the telephonical contact...everytime and everywhere you can phone someone who is a really help in all situations
