Perhaps you should ask your customers how many beds they will be using - not assuming that 2 people will sleep in one bed. Someone had to come back to Zaccaria Terrace to prepare a second bed.
It was a pleasure dealing with you and I will recommend you to anyone I know who is fortunate enough to go to Venice. Staying in an apartment is a wonderful way to experience Venice.
