It was very helpful having staff meet us at the vaporetto stop. Ca' Rezzonico stop was under construction and emails indicated that was where we were to stop. Nancy was great in correcting that when we arrived at the airport. She had very valuable tips / recommendations to help us navigate our way through Venice. The washing machine did not seem to have an adequate spin cycle our clothing. If I ever come back again to Venice, I will book a place with wireless internet capability, something you should consider for all your properties since most of the users of this website are technically savvy. (We are working on it :-) )
On a final note, I will definitely use ViewsOnVenice on my next visit.

I was very pleased with my stay and fond everything to be wonderful. This was my 2nd time in the apartment , and am looking forward to staying there again. Everyone was very helpful.

We enjoyed staying in a Views on Venice property! The apartment was well appointed and ideally located in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood. Thanks for making our stay easy!

Our stay at Ca' Cerchieri 1 was fantastic. I would move in forever if I could!! It was perfect for our family of three and would suit a family of four or five quite comfortably. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than we had planned and the the owner himself came to greet us and show us to the apartment. The apartment was very quite and clean with an amazing view onto the inner courtyard/garden. There was a small problem with ants in the kitchen. It didn't bother us but might bother some future clients. There was also a drainage problem in the bathroom but I think it was being addressed and had to do with a larger problem not necessarily related to the apartment. I think that printed instructions for the use of the stove, washer, etc, would be a good idea. We had no problems but still one has to figure these things out. This was our third stay in Venice and the first time we rented an apartment. It was our best trip ever and we will definitely come back if you will have us!! I will also happily post my very positive feedback on some of the travel blogs. You have an exceptional service of the very highest level of satisfaction. It was, I think, a very good value for the the money as well. Thank you once again for our wonderful accomodations.
