Hello to everyone!

 I thought it was time to write a letter letting you know how much we
enjoyed our last trip and the stay in one of your properties.  As you know,
I have been to Venice many times, and several of my visits have included
renting one of your apartments. I can honestly say that each and every time
the accommodations have been even better that I expected and perfectly
prepared to receive visitors. I have even mastered the mysteries of the
washing machines!

 Additionally, all of your staff is very professional, courteous,
knowledgeable and always there to greet me when I arrive.  It would be my
pleasure to always recommend your service to anyone visiting Venice for the
first time, or the 101st!  My next trip is already being planned...
