we arrived and departed on a public holiday and would like to thank your staff for looking after us in spite of it beeing a free day! the apartment was fantastic, the location superb and the inside ideal for an extended family, as there was loads of space and the apartment layout meant that we didn't have to live on top of each other, so to speak. we will certainly book again!

we were overwhelmed by ca grand canal...irene was wonderful and a minor issue was promptly and efficiently dealt with.....some directions to a market and suggestions to nearby trattoriae might be helpful.....you made our family's first trip to venice magical and never to be forgotton+

Now that we are home again in Australia, I just wanted to write and thank you for all your assistance with our family holiday in Venice.

Well, you have all helped us to make that dream come true. The apartment was just fantastic, better than
we had dared hope for, and everything went so smoothly. Thank you Michela for your patience and helpfulness before we arrived, giving me the information we needed – moving 9 people anywhere is always a challenge!

Thank you Jennifer for your warm welcome, and for our smooth departure. And thank you Filippo for your response to our problems with the cook top and dishwasher and for being so welcoming to us as well.

We had a wonderful holiday and you all contributed to the success.
