A stylish, light and very tastefully decorated apartment on three floors overlooking the Canale della Giudecca and with spectacular views of Venice. It is Located in the Giudecca Island, just in front of the Dorsoduro area. It is an ideal place for a peaceful holiday in a very Venetian area but at the same time only three minutes by boat to Dorsoduro and five to San Marco Square.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, up one small flight of stairs there is a living area, a large dining room with kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom (shower). At the last floor there is a suspended gallery, a room with a double bed (can be used as a large sofa) and a bathroom with shower. It is a great apartment with breathtaking views; it offers great style and comfort. Sorry but due to the layout, children under 12 are not allowed.
Rental price includes GAS, ELECTRICITY, LINEN and FINAL CLEANING
