This is a fabulous apartment that has been completely restored and finished by the end of 2003 with spectacular view over the Giudecca Canal. It is on the third and top floor and it boasts one terrace and one extraordinary altana ( roof terrace) with one of the most beautiful and spectacular view of Venice. Located in the Giudecca Island ,just in front of the Dorsoduro area. It is an ideal place for a peaceful holiday in a very Venetian area but at the same time only three minutes boat to Dorsoduro and five to San Marco.
It is composed of one double bedroom, living room with dining area with large windows that open to the terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Through a staircase you reach the wonderful roof terrace.
