This is a lovely and typical venetian one bedroom apartment located in Campo San Barnaba and overlooking a small canal.
The apartment is just to the side of Ca' Rezzonico, the famous XVIII art museum, and in front of Palazzo Grassi.
The main entrance that leads to the apartment is very romantic and characteristic. The apartment has high and beamed ceilings and it is a duplex; on the first floor there is a living room, a dining room with a balcony overlooking a canal, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen. Up a flight of stairs there is a magnificent roof terrace with a stunning view on Venice where you can eat outside, relax and enjoy the sun. On request a second bedroom is avaialble on the terrace with ensuite bathroom with shower. A laundry room is available at the ground floor.
