Recently restored and stylishly presented, a newly available apartment for two offering a delightful vista over the Santi Apostoli area of Cannaregio, a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge, the fairytale crenellations of Venetian gothic palace, Ca' D'Oro, and the Santa Sofia Traghetto on the Grand Canal.

Decorated and furnished with great flair and finesse as befits its supremely dignified palazzo surroundings, Ca' Bellini 2 is on the fifth floor with lift and has air-conditioning for comfort during the warmer months. It comprises a cosy main living room featuring framed architectural prints, an invitingly expansive L-shaped double sofa bed in oyster greys and traditional Venetian 'terrazzo' flooring topped with natural matting, all softly lit by subtle cornice lighting to produce a warm and welcoming ambience for calm, rest and total relaxation.

Just off the living room and enjoying a similar outlook over the 'Rio dei Santi Apostoli' canal below is the bright, spacious and well-furnished bedroom - a vision in white with comfy double bed and mirrored wardrobes off which is a modern en suite bathroom with marble-tiled bathtub, enclosed shower over and a narrow sideways glimpse towards the Grand Canal in the distance. 

The contemporary style kitchen and dining area at the front of the apartment has polished plaster walls, upholstered seating with glass-topped table and all the appliances one needs (washing machine included), the most arresting feature of all being the wonderful views towards the Santi Apostoli bell tower, the 'Rio dei Santi Apostoli' canal, the hive of activity on the 'Strada Nuova' and the surrounding private gardens*

OUR COMMENT 

Elegant yet cosy and with bags of charisma - in a super position for exploring the sestiere of Cannaregio and for accessing other parts of the city.

Within very easy reach of a number of well-reviewed osterie and restaurants (including 'Alla Vedova', 'La Cantina', 'Vini da Gigio', 'Al Vecio Bragozzo', 'Osteria La Bottega ai Promessi Sposi' and 'Casa Mia'), two supermarkets (a 'Coop' and a 'Billa') and the shops of the Strada Nuova. Hop onto the nearby Santa Sofia Traghetto which, during operating hours, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the colour and vibrancy of the Rialto Markets (Tues-Sat a.m. only) and the atmospheric alleyways of the San Polo district.
