Its main living and dining space has polished terrazzo flooring, comfy streamlined modern seating and a clever storage solution in its white wall-mounted cube units, all set against a fabulously fun and ultra-trendy wall covering (spot the image - very 'Barbarella' !)
 
The compact kitchen area to the side is simple yet well-equipped and quite literally sparkling (!) while the spacious bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobes is pared down in style and restful in ambience. The bathroom with modern enclosed shower and sophisticated fittings is totally gorgeous, fully worthy of a much larger property and is extensively tiled in glittering 'graphite' mosaic.
 
A sweet and unexpected little time-capsule amidst the traditional Baroque, Renaissance and Gothic splendours of the city, great for singles and couples alike and sure to prove popular!

A much-treasured property, tucked away in the 'calli'  just behind Venice's famous Clock Tower and one of the closest we have in our portfolio to the Piazza and all its world-famous attractions - rise with the lark to have it (almost!) to yourself or visit at night when the world-famous Ristorante Gran Caffe Quadri and Caffe Florian conjure up a unique and very magical atmosphere, while the pink and white marble of the Doge's Palace glows and the mosaics of the Basilica shimmer in the darkness. A short walk to the Rialto Bridge and moments to the 'Mercerie dell' Orologio', historically and to this day one of the most important shopping thoroughfares in the city.
