A handsome and modern loft-style apartment with an 'altana' roof terrace offering amazing views, situated next to the dramatically leaning campanile (bell tower) of the 14th Century Chiesa di Santo Stefano and close to the dazzlingly restored Teatro La Fenice in the San Marco district of the city.

An easy walk to the vaporetto stops at Sant' Angelo and Santa Maria Del Giglio for easy travel around the city and to the 'Traghetto' at Campo Del Traghetto near Santa Maria Del Giglio/The Gritti Palace Hotel, which during operating times, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the Salute area of Dorsoduro - a time-saving and typically 'Venetian' experience not to be missed!
