Its bright and sunny accommodation comprises a large living room with wooden parquet flooring, comfy chintz seating, a library wall and views along the canal to Palladio's Church of the Redentore on Giudecca to the south and to the dramatically tilting campanile of Santo Stefano to the north. A doorway from the living room leads directly onto a large, terracotta tiled and partially covered furnished terrace which is dotted with shrubs and pot plants, framed with white trellising and ogee arches and which, in fine weather, takes on the role of a 'second' sitting room overlooking neighbouring rooftops and the iconic domes of Santa Maria Della Salute.
 
The kitchen/dining room is uncluttered and simply equipped, boasts a super view of its own and also leads onto the terrace - a splendidly private spot for dining 'per due' - while the bedroom overlooking the canal and with double bed and parquet flooring is simply yet nicely furnished in a pared-down, elegant style. The bathroom with bathtub and attractive mosaic flooring completes the light and spacious accommodation

Close to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Punta Della Dogana Center of Contemporary Art and moments to the fabulous views of the Zattere waterfront.
