A very nice, quiet apartment located in the Fenice Theatre area, only a few minutes walk from St. Mark’s Square and just off Campo Sant’ Angelo. It’s also very close to  one of the most important streets  in Venice for upmarket shopping, Calle Larga XXII Marzo, where you can find some of the most famous names in Italian fashion – great for window shopping or for hunting down that extra special item.

The apartment is on the second floor and has an entrance hall, a double bedroom (which can also be set up as a twin – simply ask when booking), a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a large living room with fully fitted kitchenette. This room is very airy and bright thanks to its very large windows and the apartment is comfortable and elegantly furnished throughout.

Also close to the Palazzo Fortuny (museum of Mariano Fortuny) and the little hidden gem known as the Scala Contarini del Bovolo ‘of the snail’ (currently under restoration).

A very bright, quiet and central apartment. A nice location and perfect for a small family.
