A light, bright and airy one-bedroom apartment in an excellent location directly overlooking the front entrance of one of the most well-known theatres in Europe - Teatro la Fenice - (reopened in 2004 after an 8 year and 60 million euro reconstruction and highly recommended whether attending a performance or taking advantage of the tours available) and a stone’s throw to a fabulous choice of must-see attractions including St. Mark’s Square with its iconic Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Clock Tower and towering Campanile.
Centrally located in the small square of Campo San Fantin with its church of the same name (said to be founded in the 9th Century) and upmarket outdoor restaurant, this cosy and nicely furnished apartment represents a serene haven where couples and small families can relax in comfort after a busy day of sightseeing. In terms of layout it comprises a living room with double sofa bed and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

Ideally positioned for visiting St. Mark’s Square at its most beautiful – early in the morning without the crowds or after dinner when the day-trippers have left, the apartment also represents great value for money and an ideal choice for short breaks due to it’s availability for 3 night stays during high season (upon request).
