A wonderfully bright and airy apartment that occupies the entire second (and top) floor in a lively neighborhood on the border of the Dorsoduro and San Polo.
Ten windows with three exposures; lovely views onto a small canal (Rio San Pantolon); high ceilings; tasteful, contemporary decoration. Near Frari Chruch and Scuola San Rocco (2 minute walk); Campo Santa Margherita (4 minute walk); and Campo San Tomà and the Grand Canal (6 minute walk). Excellent food and wine shopping in Campo Santa Margherita; many recommended osterie, trattorie, caffés, and wine bars within a 5 minute walk.
Ca’ Meraviglia has a double bedroom with three built-in armoires; large living/dining area; spacious bathroom with tub, shower, and double sink; fully fitted kitchen; and small, second living room. The sofa in the large living area folds out to become a double bed (only upon request). There are wireless broadband connection, air conditioning and washing machine.
