A dreamy and very characterful one bedroom first floor apartment overlooking a small canal in the highly picturesque area of Campo San Barnaba.

The apartment, which is very close to the Ca' Rezzonico Museum of 18th Century Art and a very short walk without any bridges from the vaporetto stop, is entered by way of a romantic and characteristically Venetian courtyard. Once inside, the apartment has high ceilings with exposed beams, is tastefully decorated and comprises a living room, a dining room with a balcony overlooking the ‘Rio Malpaga’ canal, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen.

A private flight of stairs leads up to the ‘icing on the cake’ - a magnificent wooden ‘altana’ roof terrace with a stunning view on Venice, just perfect for eating outside, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

A second bedroom off the terrace (with ensuite bathroom with shower) is also available on request and a laundry room is available on the ground floor.  

Close to a number of great places to eat such as ‘Casin dei Nobili’ and ‘Enoteca Ai Artisti’ along Fondamenta della Toletta – a pretty canalside fringed with bookshops, ATM, gelataria, a small bar and shops (including mirror-maker ‘Canestrelli’). Minutes to the Accademia Bridge and Academy of Fine Arts and the wonderful sunsets of the Zattere waterfront.
