The beautiful courtyard at the entrance of the building leads to the apartment which comprises a cosy and comfortable living room with a superb eye-level Grand Canal view across the ‘volta del canal’ to the spectacular Ca’ Foscari, a completely furnished kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. 

Very charming and tastefully decorated with antiques, the apartment is quiet and lies in a very genteel area of the city known for its galleries and antique shops while still maintaining its neighbourly feel due to its local grocery store and osterie. A delightful property in a wonderful position.

A few steps to the gallery of world famous Venetian wood sculptor Livio De Marchi, well known for ‘driving’ through the canals of Venice in his carved wooden ‘cars’ and, for scent-lovers, the Venice outlet of the famous Florentine ‘Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella’ – one of the oldest pharmacies in the world and one time fragrance maker to Catherine de’ Medici.
