The property is very well located (on the fabled ‘Street of the Honest Woman’), in a very characteristic and popular area of Venice, tucked away yet close to many restaurants and shops, including a neighbourhood grocery shop and bakery just on the corner, and to the famous Venetian chocolatier ‘Vizio Virtu’ and Tonolo Pasticceria, one of the most celebrated pastry shops in the city – a dream place to stay for those with a sweet tooth and a romantic nature!

A loved by many canal side hideaway - enviably positioned within a stone's throw of the Grand Canal at San Toma and its vaporetto stop for exploring the city and, a little further on, the San Toma Traghetto which during operating times ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the district of San Marco.
