The apartment comprises an airy and elegant living area with a large french window opening onto the private garden, a fully fitted kitchenette and a bathroom with bathtub and shower over. The internal staircase within the living room leads upstairs to the galleried sleeping area featuring two large and comfortable single beds beneath a sloping ceiling.

The garden with its table and chairs is truly divine and a rare privilege in a city where private gardens are few and far between. A beautifully presented hidden paradise, where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast together or a quiet aperitivo before heading out to dinner at one of the local restaurants. Enjoy a leisurely lunchtime snack at one of the outside tables of café ‘Bar da Gino’ just on the corner - a great spot for people watching on a lazy afternoon.

 A charming and peaceful garden apartment for two in a wonderful part of Venice. Only a short walk from the Accademia Bridge and close to the sleepy calle where, in a scene from the classic film ‘Summertime’, Katharine Hepburn and her street urchin companion laughingly cool themselves down in the waters of the neighbourhood fountain.
