Charming, cool and bright, this irresistible little apartment comprises a single well decorated main room with two large leaded windows overlooking the Grand Canal, a double bed (which can be split into two singles – just ask when booking), a completely furnished kitchenette (which can be cleverly closed off when not in use) and a bathroom with shower.

An ideal pied-a-terre from which to watch the daily drama and colours of the Grand Canal unfold before your eyes and where the sound of the water will lull you to sleep. Comfortable, cosy and supremely romantic - the quintessential ‘Room with a View’.

OUR COMMENT

A particularly well situated property - close to the Church of the Frari and roughly equidistant to the Rialto area in the north (with its renowned markets) and to the Dorsoduro district in the south (with its wide ‘fondamente’, antique shops and galleries). Only steps away too from the San Toma ‘Traghetto’ which ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal, thus allowing quick and easy access during operating hours to the San Marco district, home to so many of the city’s ‘must-see’ attractions.
