A particularly well situated property - close to the Church of the Frari and roughly equidistant to the Rialto area in the north (with its renowned markets) and to the Dorsoduro district in the south (with its wide ‘fondamente’, antique shops and galleries). Only steps away too from the San Toma ‘Traghetto’ which ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal, thus allowing quick and easy access during operating hours to the San Marco district, home to so many of the city’s ‘must-see’ attractions.
