Welcoming and relaxing, this room enjoys splendid views on the canal neighbouring the property.

The fitted kitchen features practical marble work surfaces and is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances for getting creative at the stove, while to its side is an informal dining area with wooden banquette seating.

Also on this floor is a stylish and classically furnished double bedroom, full of character and again with canal views, a simply kitted-out single bedroom and an up-to-date bathroom with bathtub.

The sleek, streamlined staircase rising from the main living area allows guests access to the cosy, nest-like 'mansard' bedroom* with double bed (plus an en suite bathroom with shower) on the top floor, a part of which forms a small study area and off which is a further short, open-tread staircase leading to what deserves an extra-special mention - a remarkable furnished 'altana' roof terrace offering phenomenal bird's eye views over the surrounding bell towers and rooftops, including those of the Campanile and Basilica at St. Mark's, and  the world-famous Teatro La Fenice, moments from the apartment.
