A delightful ‘palazzetto’ apartment for four, impeccably decorated and furnished in traditional Venetian style with a definite touch of romance and featuring an amazing terrace overlooking a lovely canal. Located in a peaceful setting in between the Campo Sant’ Angelo and the famous Teatro La Fenice and only 5 minutes on foot to St. Mark’s Square.

Bright and beautifully presented with many delicate and elegant touches including fine brocades, chandeliers, ornate mirrors and wall sconces, Ca’ Canal Terrace is on the third floor and lies just above its sister apartment (and one of our most popular properties), Ca Canal. Together they represent an ideal choice for larger groups who’d like to stay close together but in separate apartments.

Ca’ Canal Terrace itself is on two floors and is composed of a light, spacious and very comfortable living and dining area with a doorway leading onto the large furnished terrace where you can sit and enjoy the ‘it could only be Venice’ sights and sounds of the gondolieri serenading their passengers below. The bright and well-equipped kitchen has a dining area and a further doorway onto the terrace while the small bathroom has a w.c. and wash hand basin. A short staircase from the main living area leads to the top floor and to the two bedrooms, one a stylish double and the other a twin room, plus a bathroom with twin sinks and a bathtub.

(For the less agile among us, please be aware that there are four short flights of stairs leading to the apartment, with no lift.)

Very close to the Teatro la Fenice - (reopened in 2004 after an 8 year and 60 million euro reconstruction and highly recommended whether attending a performance or taking advantage of the tours available), the Palazzo Fortuny (museum of Mariano Fortuny) and the fairytale Scala Contarini del Bovolo of the snail’ (currently under restoration) and a short stroll to St. Mark’s Square with its iconic Basilica, Doge’s Palace, Clock Tower and towering Campanile.
