An absolutely stunning two bedroom apartment with TWO terraces in an enchanting location overlooking one of the prettiest canals in all of Venice. Peacefully situated right next door to the Church and Convent of the Eremite and opposite one of the most historic and well-known restaurants in the city, ‘Locanda Montin’.

Completely restored in April ’09 to the highest of standards and in exquisite taste throughout, Ca’ Dell' Artista is on the second (top floor) facing the Rio Delle Romite (sometimes known as ‘Rio Dell’ Eremite’ or ‘Canal of the Hermits’ in English) and offers air-conditioning and internet connection'.

Less than a minute’s walk to the daily activities of a thriving neighbourhood - take a short stroll along the alleyway opposite, with its little illuminated shrine and enticing air of secrecy, before suddenly arriving onto the Fondamenta Toletta, a charming street of bookshops, bar, gelataria, ATM, pizzeria and the canalside tables of the small, but highly popular, ‘Enoteca Ai Artisti’. Also very close to the fine restaurants of Calle Lunga San Barnaba which leads directly to the delightful Campo San Barnaba and, in turn, onto the Ca’ Rezzonico vaporetto stop and the highly impressive Ca’ Rezzonico Museum of 18th Century Art, directly shouldering the Grand Canal.
