This is a cosy apartment right by the impressive Frari Church, just a few minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, Campo San Polo and the University Area. Light, spacious and very comfortable, perfect for up to four people as there is a sleeping gallery with two single beds as well as a classic small double bedroom.
It is a very comfortable and bright apartment in a central area with many charming shops, pizzerie and ice-cream shops, but far from the crowd.

This apartment is on two floors (duplex); the kitchen with dining table is on the first floor and the living and sleeping area are on the second floor. Located in a real Venetian place, full of restaurant and shops, this is a perfect house for a family of four seeking for space and comfort. Air Conditioning makes it perfect also for a Summer Holiday. Accademia, Saint Mark and Rialto are reachable both in a few minutes by foot or water bus.
