Eine Wohnung im Nervenzentrum der Stadt, für fünf Personen mit Blick auf die Rialtobrücke und auf die Boote mit einer eigenen kleine Terrasse / Balkon direkt am Canal Grande - gut geschützt vor dem Touristenrummel und nur wenige Augenblicke vom Campo Santi Apostoli entfernt, von einem Schrein voller Schätze, nämlich der Kirche Santa Maria Dei Miracoli und vom angeblichen Geburtsort des legendären venezianischen Entdeckers Marco Polo (1254 - 1324).
Stupsen Sie sanft die märchenhaften Torbögen des versteckten kleinen Innenhofs „Campiello Del Remer“ direkt gegenüber dem weltberühmten Rialto-Markt und geniessen Sie die breiten Außenterrassen des geselligen und kosmopolitischen Weinbars und Restaurants "Narzaria" und des beliebten und traditionellen „Bancogiro“ am gegenüberliegenden Ufer; Ca' Giulia bietet helle, lichtdurchflutete und luftige Räume, die charmant mit einem Hauch von Nostalgie der 20er Jahre und dem unauslöschlichen Stempel von Stil und großartigem Geschmack dekoriert sind - unwiderstehlich!

Es verfügt über polierte Terrazzoböden, eine bemalte Decke mit eng angelegten Holzbalken, gepolsterte Rohrmöbel und Zugang über die Balkontür zu einer kleinen, zierlichen Terrasse / Balkon am Wasser - perfekt, um die Gondeln mit einem Glas Prosecco in der Hand zu beobachten.
Es gibt eine voll möblierte Küche, gut ausgestattet und mit einer Waschmaschine, drei erholsame und attraktive Schlafzimmer mit warmem Holzboden - zwei mit Doppelbetten, eines mit einem Einzelbett sowie zwei Badezimmer - eines gefliest und mit Dusche für das Hauptschlafzimmer und das andere mit einer Badewanne. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über Klimaanlage und eine WLAN-Verbindung.

Eine fantastisch geräumige und luftige Wohnung, sehr zentral im quirligen Rialto-Viertel und mit atemberaubendem Blick über den Canal Grande und die Rialtobrücke, aber versteckt in einem "geheimen" Campiello - das Beste aus beiden Welten!
In günstiger Nähe zu einem örtlichen Supermarkt „Coop“, um sich mit Vorräten einzudecken und nur wenige Augenblicke entfernt vom neu eröffneten und beeindruckenden Luxuskaufhaus 'T Fondaco Dei Tedeschi' und von den vielen Geschäften auf der Strada Nuova.
Ebenfalls in der Nähe einer Reihe von gut bewerteten Restaurants, darunter die „Trattoria da Bepi Gia 54“, die „Osteria La Bottega ai Promessi Sposi“ und „Casa Mia“ nah an der Kirche Santi Apostoli, einer großen Auswahl an Snacks in der beliebten „Rosticceria Gislon“ am Campo San Bartolomeo (ihre „Mozzarella in Carrozza“ ist ein Muss!), und nicht zu vergessen die malerische „Taverna Del Campiello Remer“ nur wenige Augenblicke von der Wohnung entfernt.
Bei Anreisen zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr. Bei „verspäteter Anreise“ fällt ein Aufpreis in Höhe von 50 Euro an, der bei der Anreise in bar zu entrichten ist. Wir organisieren Anreisen zwischen Mitternacht und 13 Uhr mit einem Aufpreis von 100 Euro. Danach behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Kunden immer mit einem Zuschlag zu akzeptieren, der je nach Ankunftszeit zu beziffern ist.
Die Betten werden entweder als Doppel- oder als Zwillingsbetten aufgestellt, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Die Möglichkeit, ein Doppelbett in Zwillinge zu verwandeln oder umgekehrt, ist in der Beschreibung zu finden und muss mindestens 7 Tage vor der Ankunft angefragt werden.

Will use again. While we did not mind, on warm and sunny days there can be noise outside the apartment as young locals like to gather in the Campillo outside. Also the dock outside is used for general deliveries so it cant be busy. But I would book the apartment again. The Taverna in the square is also a good local place.

This ground floor apartment gave amazing views across to Rialto Mercato, with so much to watch from dawn to dusk. It is a very comfortable space to stay and has a wonderful restaurant virtually next door! We loved it.

First of all, I cannot stress how much I appreciated Annalisa answering all of my emails so timely and helping me understand the travel arrangement options from the cruise ship to the apartment. Secondly, Caterina was a life savor. She was so attentive to our requests and went more than above and beyond to help us. She was so kind and respectful. I think these two made the apartment even more special.
The apartment was everything the photos show and more. I wished we didn't have the barrier on the two doors for potential rising water, but we got used to it and totally understood and respected the owners need for having them in place. We were able to get our luggage in early and then come back later after the apartment was cleaned from previous occupants. We had provisions and Caterina provided us everything we requested. I was a little nervous with the traffic on the dock by the apartment but at the end of the day it was good to see how Venice works with the various traffic that stopped to use the dock. We did end up enjoying that experience. We also would wave and talk to the people on the gondolas as they passed by or went between the buildings, which was quite fun. We loved that there was a quant bar/restaurant within the courtyard and visited every evening either pre-dinner or post-dinner for very creative and amazing drinks. We will be back the next time we come to Venice! This was one of the best places we have ever stayed and 100% give it 5 stars! Thank you!! |

The only thing I would suggest is cleaning the floors better. Our socks were dirty and we couldn't walk barefoot. Other than that there is nothing else I could suggest for improvement. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment and the location wamehr anzeigen

First, it was a very lovely apartment and spacious apartment. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting outside the apartment with all of the locals at the restaurant next door, playing games and enjoying a drink and the sunset. It was very lively. We also mehr anzeigen

My daughter and I enjoyed sitting outside the apartment with all of the locals at the restaurant next door, playing games and enjoying a drink and the sunset. It was very lively. We also enjoyed all of the everyday action that too place just outside our windows. My little girl loved sitting in the bedroom and saying Ciao to the gondolas as they passed by. We have stayed in many comparably nice apartments in France, Italy, and South American and most included a telephone with FREE unlimited calls to the U.S. That this apartment didn't even have a phone was a big (and expensive) problem for us. Also, as Venice is confusing, it would have been nice to have a personalized map showing the markets, etc. rather than just a list. Finally, Valentina was a wonderful babysitter for our daugh ter. She was kind, fun, and provided excellent care. That you have such a person working for you should be advertised as a plus for your company. It allowed me and my husband to enjoy Venice on our own, knowing that our child was in good hands.

A spacious free-flowing open-plan dining room / kitchen space in deep pinky-red terracotta overlooking the west-facing Campo Incurabili to the fore, with beams overhead, fabulous wooden herringbone parquet flooring underfoot, a well-equipped contemporary kitchen in white (with washing machine / dryer) where you can crack open the Prosecco or rustle up a storm (if cooking with the super-fresh local ingredients is your bag!), plus a dining suite hosting 6 guests to the side and just the spot for some convivial downtime where you can all share stories of your Venetian adventures!

A charming apartment championing pared-down Venetian appeal in one of our absolute favourite parts of town!
A short stroll to Campo San Vio on the Grand Canal and the Palazzo Cini Gallery to the west, the Church of the Salute and the Punta Della Dogana Center of Contemporary Art to the east, and close to a great choice of eating places and bars including Ai Gondolieri, Lineadombra and Ristorante Riviera for fine dining, and the popular Osteria Al Squero, Corner Pub and Cantinone Gia Schiavi for spritz and cicheti.
An easy walk to 4 vaporetto (water bus) stops – Zattere Spirito Santo, Zattere, Salute and Accademia for easy travel around the city (note that St. Mark’s Square can be reached by vaporetto from Salute in under 5 minutes on Line 1!), to 2 Conad supermarkets – one moments away just behind the Zattere Spirito Santo vaporetto stop and the other at the western end of the Zattere – and to the traghetto at Calle Lanza / Calle del Traghetto San Gregorio which, during operating hours, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the traghetto stop beside the Gritti Palace in the district of San Marco.
Also within easy reach of the Alilaguna boat stop connecting the Zattere to Venice's Marco Polo Airport.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organise arrivals between midnight and 1 a.m. with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.

Ein charmanter Platz, ja ein Zuhause, in einem idyllischen Ort, wo die Zeit Generation nach Generation stillzustehen scheint…
Ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang über den weiten Rio Terà dei Catecumeni zur prächtigen Votivkirche Santa Maria Della Salute mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Campanile in San Marco… und friedlich gelegen (außer während der 'Festa Della Salute', die am 21. November jedes Jahres stattfindet** - siehe unten!)
Nur wenige Schritte vom beliebten kleinen Café / Imbiss bekannt als 60/40 entfernt - perfekt für einen morgendlichen Cappuccino und Gebäck, einen frisch gepressten Saft, ein gefülltes Brötchen oder ein erfrischendes Eis oder 3! (Hinweis: Nur eine Handvoll Barhocker verfügbar) - und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Accademia-Galerien und -Brücke (und dem VOV-Büro!), dem Palazzo Cini Gallery und einer Vielzahl von Restaurants und Bars entfernt, darunter Linea D'Ombra , Ai Gondolieri und Ristorante Riviera für gehobene Küche und Corner Pub, Osteria Al Squero und Cantinone Gia Schiavi für Panini / Cicheti und Spritz.
Ein malerischer Spaziergang am Wasser entlang bis zum Conad-Supermarkt am westlichen Ende der Zattere und in der Nähe von 4 Vaporetto-Haltestellen (Zattere Spirito Santo, Zattere, Salute und Accademia), um die Stadt zu erkunden (beachten Sie, den Markusplatz kann mit Vaporetto von der Haltestelle Salute in weniger als 5 Minuten mit Linie 1 erreicht werden!)
Auch nur Augenblicke bis zum "Traghetto" in der Calle Lanza / Calle del Traghetto S. Gregorio, das während der Betriebszeiten Passagiere mit der Gondel über den Canal Grande zum Stand neben dem Gritti Palace Hotel im Stadtteil San Marco bringt und nah an der Alilaguna-Bootshaltestelle, die die Zattere mit dem Flughafen Marco Polo in Venedig verbindet.
** Eine der bewegendsten und beliebtesten aller venezianischen Veranstaltungen. Jedes Jahr am 21. November pilgern die Venezianer zur Pestkirche Santa Maria Della Salute (Heilige Maria der Gesundheit), um zur Jungfrau Maria zu beten und Kerzen anzuzünden, während Gondolieri ihre Ruder gesegnet bekommen. Eine Pontonbrücke wird über den Canal Grande von Santa Maria Del Giglio zur Salute gebaut und die riesigen Türen der Kirche werden für die Stadt und ihre Besucher geöffnet, während in der Nähe von Salute etliche Stände mit Kerzen, Luftballons und allerlei süßer Versuchungen belegt sind!
Bei Anreisen zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr. Bei „verspäteter Anreise“ fällt ein Aufpreis in Höhe von 50 Euro an, der bei der Anreise in bar zu entrichten ist. Wir organisieren Anreisen zwischen Mitternacht und 13 Uhr mit einem Aufpreis von 100 Euro. Danach behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Kunden immer mit einem Zuschlag zu akzeptieren, der je nach Ankunftszeit zu beziffern ist.
Die Betten werden entweder als Doppel- oder als Zwillingsbetten aufgestellt, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Die Möglichkeit, ein Doppelbett in Zwillinge zu verwandeln oder umgekehrt, ist in der Beschreibung zu finden und muss mindestens 7 Tage vor der Ankunft angefragt werden.17 Bewertungen
