A spacious free-flowing open-plan dining room / kitchen space in deep pinky-red terracotta overlooking the west-facing Campo Incurabili to the fore, with beams overhead, fabulous wooden herringbone parquet flooring underfoot, a well-equipped contemporary kitchen in white (with washing machine / dryer) where you can crack open the Prosecco or rustle up a storm (if cooking with the super-fresh local ingredients is your bag!), plus a dining suite hosting 6 guests to the side and just the spot for some convivial downtime where you can all share stories of your Venetian adventures!
A restful principal double bedroom to the rear of the apartment dressed in sunny yellow and peacock blues and greens, and furnished with a beautifully upholstered double bed with can be split into twins upon request
An equally tranquil 2nd double bedroom to the side of the apartment, also in sunny yellow and with claret-velvet upholstered twin beds which can be made into a double upon request

A charming apartment championing pared-down Venetian appeal in one of our absolute favourite parts of town!
A short stroll to Campo San Vio on the Grand Canal and the Palazzo Cini Gallery to the west, the Church of the Salute and the Punta Della Dogana Center of Contemporary Art to the east, and close to a great choice of eating places and bars including Ai Gondolieri, Lineadombra and Ristorante Riviera for fine dining, and the popular Osteria Al Squero, Corner Pub and Cantinone Gia Schiavi for spritz and cicheti.
An easy walk to 4 vaporetto (water bus) stops – Zattere Spirito Santo, Zattere, Salute and Accademia for easy travel around the city (note that St. Mark’s Square can be reached by vaporetto from Salute in under 5 minutes on Line 1!), to 2 Conad supermarkets – one moments away just behind the Zattere Spirito Santo vaporetto stop and the other at the western end of the Zattere – and to the traghetto at Calle Lanza / Calle del Traghetto San Gregorio which, during operating hours, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the traghetto stop beside the Gritti Palace in the district of San Marco.
Also within easy reach of the Alilaguna boat stop connecting the Zattere to Venice's Marco Polo Airport.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organise arrivals between midnight and 1 a.m. with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

Ein ruhiges und erholsames Studio für 4 Personen, in einem pulsierenden, zentralen und unendlich faszinierenden Stadtteil.
Nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der Kirche Santa Maria Della Fava aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und nah an einer Vielzahl an berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen, darunter die stimmungsvolle venezianische Zeitkapsel Querini Stampalia, der fabelhafte Palazzo Grimani direkt am Campo Santa Maria Formosa, die Kirche San Zaccaria mit ihrer Krypta und dem wunderschönen Bellini-Altarbild, sowie Vivaldi’s La Pietà an der sonnigen Uferpromenade Riva degli Schiavoni…
… Ein kurzer Spaziergang zu einem sehr ruhigen Lebensrhythmus inmitten der ruhigen Calli, Kanäle und Grünflächen von Castello mit seiner entspannten und sehr authentischen Nachbarschaftsatmosphäre …

Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Vaporetto-Haltestelle (Wasserbus) in Rialto entfernt, für eine herrliche Stadtbesichtigung, bringt die Gondelfähre "Traghetto" Passagiere über den Canal Grande zwischen der Riva Del Carbon und San Silvestro im Sestiere San Polo zur Vaporetto (Wasserbus ) Haltestelle in San Zaccaria für Ausflüge in die Stadt, Besuche der Lido-Strände und der Biennale-Pavillons in Arsenale und Giardini.
