Das charmante Ca' Belle Arti befindet sich im 1. Stock einer kleinen „Casa“ im Herzen von Dorsoduro neben dem ruhigen Campo Sant' Agnese und ist wie ein guter Wein gereift, der von seinen Gästen genippt und genossen wird; es wurde Ende 2019 hinreißend renoviert, um den hohen Standard zu erhalten (und zu übertreffen!), den Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts erwarten.
Nur wenige Minuten von der Accademia-Brücke / den Galerien, der Palazzo Cini-Galerie und der Peggy Guggenheim-Sammlung entfernt und nur wenige Schritte (über ein kurzes Sotoportego) zur atemberaubenden Zattere-Promenade entlang des glitzernden Giudecca-Kanals, bietet diese immergrüne Wohnung 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer sowie WLAN und Klimaanlage, damit Sie immer in Verbindung bleiben, bequem und kühl.
Das Ca‘ Belle Arti für 4 Personen hat ein einladendes und stilvolles Ambiente, zeitloses Dekor und ideal für die Entspannung und besteht aus:
Erdgeschoss
• Ein privater Vordereingang führt direkt in den Flur der Wohnung mit einem praktischen Waschraum, der mit einer Waschmaschine auf der Rückseite ausgestattet ist.
Eine kurze Treppe führt zum ersten (Haupt-)Stockwerk, wo Sie finden werden:
• Attraktiv in aufeinander abgestimmten neutralen Farben präsentiert, bietet sie ein prächtiger offener Hauptwohn- / Küchen- / Essbereich mit viel Platz für alle, um einfach zusammen zu sein, und zeigt charakteristische Holzbalken über dem Kopf, ein paar hohe Fenster im Vordergrund, die viel Licht hereinlassen mit maßgefertigten Schränken darunter, eine Reihe von sepiabraun-farbigen architektonischen Wandbilder über einem bequemen Sofa und einem Doppelschlafsofa mit zahlreichen Kissen, eine kompakte, aber voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten für eine einfache Selbstverpflegung und ein Essbereich mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten als Teil der Küche.
Und just neben dem Wohnzimmer:
• Ein helles und elegant gestaltetes Hauptschlafzimmer mit einer hohen Holzbalkendecke, zwei Fenstern mit Blick auf den Campo, einem warmen Holzboden unter den Füßen, der zum Wohnzimmer passt, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem bequemen Doppelbett (das auf Anfrage zu zwei Betten umgebaut werden kann) und ein eigenes Bad mit moderner Dusche.

Eine beliebte Wohnung mit einer sehr treuen Anhängerschaft, neu renoviert und friedlich gelegen in einer der beliebtesten Wohngegenden Venedigs und direkt am Fuße der verschlafenen kleinen Calle gelegen, wo in einer Szene aus dem klassischen Film von David Lean aus dem Jahr 1955 'Traum meines Lebens (O.T. Summertime)' - ein Muss -, Katharine Hepburn und ihr Straßenkind-Begleiter lachen, als sie sich im Wasser des Nachbarschaftsbrunnens abkühlen!)
Nah an der Kirche der Gesuati (Santa Maria del Rosario), der Kirche Santa Maria Della Salute, am Museum für zeitgenössische Kunst Punta Della Dogana und an einer großen Auswahl an Speiselokale, darunter das gut bewertete Ristorante Agli Alboretti, das sich der Accademia-Brücke nähert über die Oleander Allee, d.h. der Rio Tera Foscarini; die berühmte Gelataria Da Nico; die beliebte und langjährige Trattoria Ai Cugnai und Corner Pub; die Osteria Al Squero und Cantinone Gia Schiavi - Al Bottegon (beide perfekt für Spritz und Cicheti); das gehobene Ai Gondolieri hinter dem Guggenheim Museum und das ebenso gehobene Ristorante Riviera mit Blick auf die Zattere; oder für etwas Einfacheres, die Pizzeria Oke mit ihrer umwerfenden Auswahl an Pizzen zum dort essen oder zum Mitnehmen.

Ca’Belle Arti was the perfect apartment for a first visit to Venice. It’s literally around the corner from the Zattere and all that it has to offer with restaurants, cafes and bars, a grocery store, boat stops and amazing views. It’s also removed from the tourist crowds in a residential area with the sound of children playing in Campo Sant’ Agnese. The apartment was roomy for two with beautiful, comfortable bedrooms and a relaxing sitting area, but would not feel crowded with four. The kitchen is well stocked and met all of our cooking needs when we chose to prepare meals. The location is walkable to all the major sites. We highly recommend arranging for a water taxi from the train station. The ride to the apartment is stunning and will take your breath away. We also recommend taking the cooking class. The chef is charming and you’ll leave with not only having prepared a great meal but with insider tips to Venice. We look forward to using Views on Venice again.

The apartment is excellent and we loved our stay,and want to return. Minor things- unable to find a plug for kitchen sink( but there is a dishwasher). Plug would not work in ensuite bathroom.

We were 3 female friends traveling together, 2 of us 65+. This was the second time I rented from VOV. This rental is in a very quiet neighborhood and has bridge free access to 2 vaporetta stops, one on the Grand Canal, the other on the Canal San Grmehr anzeigen

What the photos don’t show: The private front door opens to a foyer with a washing machine, in a separate room, on the ground floor. There is one flight of stairs to the single open spaced kitchen/living room. Though we were fine for those traveling with toddlers, be aware that there is not a door at the top of the stairs. The 2 bedrooms have enough separation to each feel very private. The larger bedroom has an opened walk-in closet space and a shower stall. The slightly smaller second bedroom has an armoire and tub shower. If you are two couples traveling together, I might suggest that the couple in the larger room pay 60% to make it feel equitable for the couple in the smaller bedroom. What the pictures don’t show is the huge contribution made by the “behind the scenes“ personnel, such as Annalisa. She made every detail and some mishaps on our part seemless while we stayed at our VOV rental. Annalisa is priceless and exceeds every hotel concierge service I have experienced including members of Les Clefs d’Or (The Golden Keys). Don’t be shy to ask VOV to arrange taxis. |

All our bookings with VoV for many years were to our utmost satisfaction. After stays in several others of their apartments we have decided to make "Ca' Belle Arti" our home in Venice. This was the 5th time we spent our annual Venetion holidays in tmehr anzeigen
All our bookings with VoV for many years were to our utmost satisfaction. After stays in several others of their apartments we have decided to make "Ca' Belle Arti" our home in Venice. This was the 5th time we spent our annual Venetion holidays in the apartment: Excellent situation,- close to Vaporetto-stops,restaurants, museums- very quiet, nicely furnished, two new bathrooms (1 with large shower, the other with tub), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a laundry with washing machine. Just a short staircase to reach the "bell-étage". "Normal" Venetion neighbours still live in the street who answer our greetings! In the evening, when the day-tourists have left, the Campo Sant'Agnese is a wonderfull location to sit for a while, watching the full moon and thinking about all the nice things one has admired during the day. We enjoy it every time!!!

This was a cozy, charming apartment with a reasonable price and good location. We stayed as a couple and it did not feel too large at all. Would also be great size for a family2 couples. The second bedroom is a bit smaller and no closet. The master is huge with a nice walk in closet and attached bathroom. Kitchen is compact, but perfectly fine for keeping leftovers and snacks and making coffee with the Nespresso. We would eat breakfast in every morning (usually grabbed pastries from Pasticceria Toletta the evening before as it seemed to always be along our walk home). We'd usually stop at nearby Campo Santa Margheritaanother nearby wine bar for a drink before dinner. Many great restaurants between the apartment and Campo Santa Margherita (Ristoteca Oniga in Campo San Barnaba was a low key local feeling fave). Although on the map some things seem far, Venice is so small it was less than 10 minutes walk to great food and bars, and less than 20 to the main sites. Plus so close to waterbus stops although we only used when leaving the island, walking is so easy and the best way to explore Venice. Private water taxi to/from airport is completely worth it. We love Dorsoduro for a more authentic feel away from tourist crowds with restaurants, wine bars and shops that are actually high quality for a good price. The apartment made for an excellent home base. And even though we were in Venice for an entire week, we were rarely there. So I really did not need to spend so much time deciding which unit to rent as I think everything through VOV would be excellent based on this experience. Will definitely recommend and book with them again.

I stayed with my parents and partner in this gorgeous apartment in Venice for 2 nights in July 2016. The apartment is beautiful. It is spacious and the layout of the apartment is clever in that the bedrooms are on either end of the flat, making the space feel larger and giving each bedroom privacy. There are two bathrooms and a great living space, kitchen and dining area. The apartment has it's own private entrance and windows that let in lots of natural light, overlooking one of Venice's cobble stone walkways. The location is fantastic. There are several beautiful restaurants along the water within a 5 minute walking distance from the flat. There is a water taxi pick up point within metres of the flat and it was very easy to walk to all of the main areas of Venice from this location within 10-15 minutes. The host who met us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of tips that only Venetians would know and for that we were very thankful. This flat is a very affordable option to stay in Venice in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend!

The location of Ca'Belle Arti is great:near to vaporetto-stops, museums , restaurants, super-market, however quiet. The services of VoV are perfect! Otherwise we would not have booked with them so many times. Before we learned about VoV we stayed in different hotels and after the first rental of an apartment we never went back to that solution. Living in one of the VoV places helps feeling like a "temporary Venetian".

One suggestion that my friend and I would pass along is that it would be nice if there were a couple of additional lights in the living room (such as reading lamps, especially beside the smaller couch), as it was a bit difficult to read in the late afternoonevening. And although it's certainly not unreasonable to expect visitors to purchase their own paper towels and mosquito repellent, it might have been an extra nice touch if those items had been on hand in the apartment. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. You can be sure that we will recommend Views on Venice to anyone we know who plans a tripand hopefully will have another opportunity ourselves to visit your beautiful city and try another of your apartments! The water taxi service was a great way to start our arrival and although we had a hectic departure, they were available by phone to assist with our rental car pick up. Nur wenige Augenblicke von einer traditionellen „Macelleria“ (Metzgerei), von einem gut sortierten 2-stöckigen Punto Simply-Supermarkt, von den Frischfisch-, Obst- und Gemüseständen am Campo sowie 2 „Vino Sfuso“ -Läden (Wein vom Fass) - entdecken Sie die Korbflaschen! – entfernt, für alle Ihre Selbstverpflegung-Bedürfnisse.
Ein kurzer Spaziergang zur Kirche San Sebastiano und ihren wunderbaren Veronese-Gemälden sowie zum wunderschönen Ca' Rezzonico-Museum von Venedig aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und zur Vaporetto-Haltestelle (Wasserbus) am Canal Grande.

Eine wunderbar helle und luftige Wohnung – erprobt, bewährt und geschätzt! – sie erstreckt sich über der gesamten 3. (und obersten) Etage in einer lebhaften Gegend an den Grenzen der Sestieri Dorsoduro, Santa Croce und San Polo. Viele empfohlene Restaurants und Bars finden Sie innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Dazu gehören „Estro - Vino e Cucina“ gleich die Calle hinunter und „Adriatico Mar“ am Kanal am Fuße 'Ihrer' Brücke.

Eine kleine, aber beliebte Wohnung in einer großartigen Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf den Kanal. Schneller und einfacher Zugang zum Piazzale Roma zu Fuß, wenn Sie leicht unterwegs sind (ca. 6/8 Minuten). Und für Filmfans, ganz in der Nähe des Ortes, an dem die Karnevalsszene in der Filmversion von „Wiedersehen mit Brideshead“ von 2008 gedreht wurde.
