Also very convenient for a water bus stop so we could arrive from the airport by Alilaguna and take a trip to the other islands with ease. Also just a couple of minutes from the Academia Bridge and Gallerie. The bed was super comfortable and big, plenty of cupboard space and a nice living room overlooking the gardens. In a lovely building with grand marble hallway!

Super easy to get to, we took waterbus 1 from the Venice train station for $7.50 per person and arrived at the Accademia stop where a lovely gentleman met us and walked us to the apt which is an easy 2 min walk. You can also take a water taxi which s you on the boat dock of the apt building, more expensive. The apt is located in a beautiful historic building located right on the Grand Canal! Our favorite thing to do in Venice was to watch the boats on the canal from the boat dock in front of the building. There is a lovely garden in the rear of the building which is quiet and peaceful. The apt itself was very clean and very comfortable. The sheets and master bed very cozy, our 13 yr old twin girls slept on the 2 day beds and didn’t complain, they are like twin beds and comfy as well. The washer worked great and there is plenty of space to hang clothes in the tall closets in the master bedroom. Air conditioning worked great and we appreciated the complementary water and champagne left in our fridge! The kitchen is very cute and well equipped for cooking should you choose to do. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Venice, space was perfect for 4, if you need more space they have other apts and excellent service! Stay here, you will love it!!

Un studio paisible et relaxant pour 4 personnes, dans un quartier dynamique, central et infiniment séduisant de la ville.
À quelques pas de l’église du XVIIIe siècle de Santa Maria Della Fava et à proximité d’une foule de sites et d'attractions célèbres, notamment la capsule temporelle vénitienne qu'est le Querini Stampalia, le fabuleux Palazzo Grimani juste à côté du Campo Santa Maria Formosa, l'église de San Zaccaria avec sa crypte et son merveilleux retable de Bellini, et La Pietà de Vivaldi sur le front de mer ensoleillé de Riva degli Schiavoni...
... À une courte distance, à travers calles tranquilles, canaux et espaces verts, de la vie paisible du quartier de Castello, à l'atmosphère décontractée et très authentique...
... Ou, à l’aube, aller au saut du lit respirer l’atmosphère de la Place Saint-Marc (’la Piazza’) presque vide encore, avant l’arrivée de ses visiteurs... ou s’y rendre de nuit quand les orchestres de Quadri et Florian jouent*, quand sonnent les cloches du Campanile (clocher), quand brille le marbre du Palais des Doges, et scintillent les mosaïques de la Basilique dans l'obscurité...

Un bijou de studio pour 4 personnes, plein de couleurs et de joie de vivre, dans un quartier dynamique, central et infiniment séduisant de la ville.
À quelques pas de l’église du XVIIIe siècle de Santa Maria Della Fava et à proximité d’une foule de sites et d'attractions célèbres, notamment la capsule temporelle vénitienne qu'est le Querini Stampalia, le fabuleux Palazzo Grimani juste à côté du Campo Santa Maria Formosa, l'église de San Zaccaria avec sa crypte et son merveilleux retable de Bellini, et La Pietà de Vivaldi sur le front de mer ensoleillé de Riva degli Schiavoni...
... À une courte distance, à travers calles tranquilles, canaux et espaces verts, de la vie paisible du quartier de Castello, à l'atmosphère décontractée et très authentique...
... Ou, à l’aube, aller au saut du lit respirer l’atmosphère de la Place Saint-Marc (’la Piazza’) presque vide encore, avant l’arrivée de ses visiteurs... ou s’y rendre de nuit quand les orchestres de Quadri et Florian jouent*, quand sonnent les cloches du Campanile (clocher), quand brille le marbre du Palais des Doges, et scintillent les mosaïques de la Basilique dans l'obscurité...
