Ce magnifique appartement est situé au dernier étage d’un palazzo historique le long du Grand Canal dans le sestiere Dorsoduro entre l’Accademia et Ca' Rezzonico. Depuis chaque pièce vous aurez une vue exceptionnelle sur Venise. Un ascenseur vous amène au troisième étage, puis vous devez monter un étage pour arriver à l’appartement.
Cette charmante propriété comporte un séjour confortable dont les larges fenêtres donnent sur une terrasse à la vue exceptionnelle et sur laquelle 6 personnes peuvent s’installer confortablement ; une salle à manger pour 8 personnes et un coin bureau. La cuisine, qui offre une vue sur le Grand Canal, est entièrement équipée (grand réfrigérateur avec distributeur de glaçons, four, four à micro-ondes, etc.)
Chacune des trois chambres dispose de sa propre salle de bain avec baignoire. La chambre principale comporte une terrasse qui surplombe le Gand Canal. La deuxième chambre contient des lits jumeaux, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. La troisième chambre contient un lit double. Il y a une quatrième chambre avec douche, et une petite laverie avec lave-linge et fer à repasser. Toutes les pièces sauf la laverie sont climatisées.

Despite it being on the Grand Canal it is still quiet and peaceful.

Each bedroom has an ensuite, but only one of these has a shower - the rest are baths. There is another shower room, but it is quite a tight fit using the shower. Shame, as a shower in the en-suites would make it perfect. Not a massive issue though.

The location of the apartment in Dorsoduro is excellent in terms of being on the Grand Canal, close to water bus stops (between Academia and Ce'Rezzonico), close to the Zattere and to wonderful restaurants and small local merchants around Campo San Bplus
The location of the apartment in Dorsoduro is excellent in terms of being on the Grand Canal, close to water bus stops (between Academia and Ce'Rezzonico), close to the Zattere and to wonderful restaurants and small local merchants around Campo San Barnaba. We also appreciate the historical nature of the building and the amazing way in which elevator, modern bathrooms, appliances and air conditioning are provided while maintaining the character of the building. Apartment is spacious with ensuite baths for each bedroom and an extra shower room lots of towels are provided as well as hairdryers. The apartment has incredible views (I think the kitchen must have the most beautiful view of any kitchen in Venice!) looking towards the bend in the Grand Canal on one side, and towards the Accademia Bridge and Salute church on the other. Both terraces are lovely with one furnished for dining (two tables and ample chairs for them) and the other smaller one perfect for sitting outside with morning coffee or evening spritz to enjoy the view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook full meals, including an induction stovetop. The air conditioning is adjustable in each room and the apartment was always comfortably cool regardless of the very hot outdoor conditions. The washer and laundry tub are handy for midtrip washing. Just a wonderful apartment, very comfortable for a short or long holiday. And once again we appreciated the warm welcome provided by Rachele!

Some of the switches also had special features that we are not used to (like automatic dimming of lights when held, or multiple functions on the same switch). The lighting etc was very well designed and worked perfectly, it just took us a while to figure it all out!! It also would have been helpful to have instructions for the oven, just a listing of the controls and how to do normal functions like roasting or broiling is all that is needed.

The apartment is beautiful and well set up. Each bedroom has a well-equipped bathroom a fourth bath has a small shower. There is a step to and from the bathrooms, something to be aware of. The laundry room doesn't have a dryer but has drying racks whplus

The laundry room doesn't have a dryer but has drying racks which worked just fine. We had some health challenges during our trip and the staff was superb at helping us look at options. The area is not too touristy, with a grocery store a few minutes' walk. There is a water taxi stop nearby, but we used the private taxis arranged by VonV to and from the train station. The views are gorgeous, and we spent much time on the verandas.

I couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. A chaise for the terrace would have been ideal. The dining chairs are not comfortable for sitting for a long time!

After staying first time with ViewsOnVenice back in 2013 I fell in love with Dorsoduro area. Ca' Cerchieri is a gorgeous flat with amazing views, incredible interior and is in fantastic location. The reality is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the flats with ViewsOnVenice are fantastic, but this one definitely became my favorite. The flat has everything that you may need and even more. Thought through design to every small detail (I even picked up some tips for my home). I would like to say a special "thank you" to Rachel, who was supporting us through our stay. We had an unplanned change in number of guests visiting and she helped us to accommodate everyone without any delayany issue. Thank you Michele and staff. The apartment was everything we hoped for. My family and I had a wonderful visit, thanks in no small part to our splendid and well-appointed Venetian "home". I would suggest that you add a good chef's knife and a cork scplus

I would suggest that you add a good chef's knife and a cork screw to the items in the cucina. Also, perhaps you might consider replacing the couches in the livingroom with more comfortable ones. Overall, my third visit to Ca Cerchieri since 2007 was a resounding success, and perhaps one day I'll be able to return again. Many thanks!

We felt very welcome on arrival and well looked after during our stay. Rachele, who looked after us, was most helpful and courteous she could almost guess our thoughts. We felt very safe having been assured that VOV are available to us 24/7. We enjoyplus

We felt very safe having been assured that VOV are available to us 24/7. We enjoyed Marta's cooking and the services of Guido, the driver, who was very obliging during our trip to Verona. VOV do provide five star service. I will use VOV again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca'Cerchieri Terrace and Mezzanine which were perfect to host our big family group of 13. The apartments are even better than on the pictures: pristine clean, spacious, very comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. Lplus

The view from the Terrace apartment was just gorgeous, and we were happy just to spend hours reading in the living room after hours of walk throughout Venice. Rachele was very helpful and responsive, and more generally, we thought View on Venice services to be extremely professional and recommendable. We ll certainly use them again for our next stay in Venice. Thx again for everything !

So many times the rental properties are advertised as more than they really are. Views on Venice descriptions of Ca' Cerchieri Terrace did not do the apartment justice. The apartment exceeded expectations in every way. It was the perfect place for our extended family to really enjoy everything Venice has to offer for our two week stay. In particular, Rachele was an exceptional property manager. She was prompt, helpful and courteous in all of her interactions with us. She made our visit truly fabulous. We all would turn to Views on Venice for our next trip to Venice.

We absolutely loved staying at Ca'Cerchieri Terrace. We had viewed it exactly a year before when we stayed at a hotel and the apartment lived up to all our expectations. The views are second to none and the apartment was thoughtfully equipped, so we plus
We absolutely loved staying at Ca'Cerchieri Terrace. We had viewed it exactly a year before when we stayed at a hotel and the apartment lived up to all our expectations. The views are second to none and the apartment was thoughtfully equipped, so we lacked for nothing. Rachele was incredibly conscientious and saw to our every need. It is perfectly located on quiet Dorsoduro, near the Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop. The area behind is tranquil and residential. The only constructive criticisms we can think of are: 1. A few mugs would be nice for the British, who like drinking tea. 2. We are quite tall and found the beds, especially those in the back bedroom, rather short. The double bed mattress in the master bedroom is also rather lumpy and may need replacing soon. We are normally very critical when we take self-catering apartments, but in the case of Ca' Cerchieri we cannot really find fault.

I have rented from ViewsonVenice for many yrs, and have always found the apartments to be of the highest calibre, well kept and efficiently managed. This is the first time for us in the terrace apt and I must say it is much better than it looks on tplus
I have rented from ViewsonVenice for many yrs, and have always found the apartments to be of the highest calibre, well kept and efficiently managed. This is the first time for us in the terrace apt and I must say it is much better than it looks on the website. The location is ideal, easy walking distance to the Accademia and Campo San Barnaba and Campo Sta Margherita, where easy dining and shopping are at your fingertips. The apartment offers great views of the grand canal and the city both, and is light, cheery, and very well appointed. The rooms are virtually soundproof, offering great privacy, and we were able to manage with all bedrooms occupied yet undisturbed by each other. The month flew by, and I wish I could return instantly. Venice is a beautiful place, but this apartment is beyond fabulous. Also, a word of thanks to Rachele, Filippo, and everyone at VoV because the service is exemplary, the efficiency is remarkable. There is no way we would rent from any other agency. They make it work for everybody, and are just great ! Really Great !!!
