L'appartement, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 (+1) personnes, est doté de climatisation** distribuée sur trois niveaux, les meubles sont entièrement fait sur mesure et conçus de manière impeccable et unique dans les moindres détails.
Important: on rappelle qu'à cause des escaliers internes, pour cet appartement on accepte des enfants seulement de plus de 6 ans ou de moins de 1 an (qui ne savent pas encore marcher) et sous la constante surveillance des parents.

Rez-de-chaussée
Un couloir dans l'entrée principale qui mène à la chambre double avec poutres équipée de lits jumeaux, décorée avec une armoire à glace d'inspiration gothique, sol en terrazzo (mosaïque de marbre), une salle de douche attenante et des finitions de luxe.
Une buanderie pratique avec lave-linge/sèche-linge située sur le côté opposé du couloir et un escalier qui conduit à l'étage supérieur.
Premier étage
Un charmant séjour savamment coordonné et décoré avec goût dans les tons du bleu azur avec des notes de rouge rubis, doté de balcon, un canapé à angle confortable, de la moquette personnalisée, des murs en "marmorino" délicatement éclairés et des miroirs-fenêtres. Vraiment délicieux !
Une cuisine/salle à manger parfaitement équipée - avec cave à vin encastrée et four Miele - en « marmorino » rouge,avec une confortable banquette sur la longueur de la table qui peut accueillir plus de 10 personnes, balcon et sol en terrazzo (mosaïque de marbre).
Une chambre double avec poutres si belle qu'elle semble un tableau, qui dispose de lits jumeaux et qui rappelle un jardin fleuri. Avec un balcon sur le côté, elle est délicieusement décorée sur les tons miel, avec tapis personnalisé combiné au papier peint "Eleanora" signé Zoffany comme toile de fond.
Une élégante chambre avec lit matrimonial sur les notes du vert olive, dotée d'armoire à glace, tapis personnalisé et une splendide salle de bain attenante avec baignoire et douche séparées.
Une salle de bain séparée avec une très grande cabine de douche en style semblable à la précédente.

Une confortable mansarde avec poutres en bois et parquet comprenant un petit séjour, un studio, un coin TV chaleureux décoré lui aussi dans le style élégant Zoffany et un canapé convertible en lit simple sur demande. Une chambre double fascinante, accessible moyennant un petit dressing intégré et une salle de bain dans la chambre avec double accès et douche.
• Des escaliers (assez raides et avec un espace libre bas / restreint **) menant à la nouvelle terrasse meublée sur le toit «altana» où vous pouvez passer des heures à vous détendre au soleil, tout le temps en admirant les vues remarquables de la ville tout autour (* * veuillez noter que, par conséquent, ces escaliers et l'accès à l'altana peuvent s'avérer difficiles pour les personnes âgées, les enfants ou les personnes à mobilité réduite)

La combinaison parfaite entre confort et élégance, l'une de nos meilleures conquêtes jusqu'à présent.
Une courte ballade vers l'église de la Salute et Punta Della Dogana, le Musée d'Art Contemporain sur la partie est de Dorsoduro, près d'une vaste gamme de petits restaurants et bars renommés parmi lesquels Ai Gondolieri, Lineadombra, Ristorante Riviera pour un dîner raffiné, et enfin Osteria Al Squero et Cantinone Gia Schiavi pour un typique Spritz avec « cicchetti ».
À deux pas du supermarché Conad, sur la partie ouest des Zattere, se trouvent 4 arrêts du vaporetto (Zattere Spirito Santo, Zattere, Salute et Accademia) pour visiter la ville.
Par ailleurs, on peut arriver à la Place Saint Marc en moins de 5 minutes avec la ligne 1 du vaporetto de la Salute et au traghetto à Calle Lanza qui permet, pendant les heures de service, de traverser le Grand Canal en Gondole jusqu'à Saint Marc.
Il est aussi situé tout près de l'arrêt de l’Alilaguna, qui relie les Zattere à l’Aéroport de Venise Marco Polo.

We had a wonderful time in Ca dell’Opera. The location is truly wonderful, one minute away from everything. The decoration of bedrooms and bathroom is delightful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Plenty of storage and space, and light. Thplus

The only downside is the ground floor bedroom - which we didn’t use - is quite dark so definetely not as nice as the other three. The sitting room is a bit small as well but we did not really use it as mostly were touring the city! This is the second time we use views on venice and the service (water taxi, luggage, communication) is truly impeccable.

Nothing. Really appreciate having some soap/coffee/salt/bin bags etc. Some rentals don’t even have the minimum, so this was really a plus. We will be back, the service is amazing.

I have stayed in several beautiful apartments with Views on Venice over the years and every time the accommodation has been great and the service outstanding. This apartment was no exception - with delightful views over the roof tops to the bell tower in St Mark's square from the terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and all the bathrooms well appointed. Decor and ambience were perfect and the very large and well equipped kitchen meant we were able to enjoy home cooked meals ( we are all foodies and love to cook ) including a special Halloween party night. I cannot praise Views on Venice highly enough.

I think you should offer to get some basic grocery for guest for convenience so when they arrive, they don't have to hunt for shops immediately. I am sure everyone will be prepared to pay little more for this service

La casa di recente ristrutturazione è una vera dimora veneziana, di grande atmosfera, luminosa, accogliente e fornita di tutte le comodità. Gli spazi molto ampi consentono la privacy di tutti gli ospiti ma allo stesso è assicurata un’atmosfera intima e famigliare. La casa: quattro camere doppie molto spaziose confortevoli e arredate con gusto ciascuna camera può usufruire del proprio bagno altrettanto bello e funzionale cucina spaziosa e dotata di tutte le necessità per cucinare in compagnia e viversi la casa Terrazza : una piccola chicca per gustarsi la brezza e Venezia dall'alto. L’accesso dall’ultimo piano risulta un po’ articolato pertanto la terrazza si presta molto a pause relax, aperitivi e colazioni. Non risulta agevole invece pranzare/cenare poichè non predisposta. Posizione ottima! centrale e allo stesso tempo lontana dagli abituali percorsi turistici (che sono comunque dietro l'angolo) Supermercati e Attracco vaporetti entro i 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Anche visitiamo spesso Venezia questa vacanza e questa casa ci hanno regalato una “nuova venezia” ….per noi alloggio consigliato e Sogno Veneziano assicurato!! |

We couldn't have asked for a better apartment than Ca' Dell'Opera. As a family of six in need of four bedrooms, we were delighted by the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces, all of which were comfortable, tastefully appointed, and impeccably clean. We arrived in Venice unexpectedly late at night, but Marta was right there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we had a questionneeded help during the week, she replied promptly and courteously. We had one plumbing problem arise during our stay (a shower faucet detaching from the wall), but it was fixed the next morning. The location was perfect: quiet but very close to multiple vaporetto stops, shops, and restaurants. Conad supermarket was a 10-minute walk away. The Views on Venice renter's guide was extremely helpful as well. We will definitely contact Views on Venice the next time we plan a trip to Venice. Thank you!

The location was quiet and a relief to get home to after intense and often crowd filled days. Only very slight draw back is that there is no deli near by for last minute supplies, bit of hike to Conad supermarket, but someone in our group was usually happy to go. Beautiful apartment and great service by VOV. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment will all amenities located in a quiet area of Dorsoduro. Having walked through fair bit of Venice, I can say this was one of the nicer areas to live in. Lot of art and craft shops around perhaps due to its proximity to Accademia.plus
Beautiful apartment will all amenities located in a quiet area of Dorsoduro. Having walked through fair bit of Venice, I can say this was one of the nicer areas to live in. Lot of art and craft shops around perhaps due to its proximity to Accademia. Thankfully it is not on water, as we noted a pungent smell from some canals at night. It is at a convenient walking distance to the Accademia and Zattare waterbus stops. From Accademia you can get waterbus to most important locations in Venice including train station. We used Zattare to get to airport. Arrival was very smooth, and would recommend arranging water taxi through them if coming from train station, unless you are already familiar with Venice. During check-in we were given some maps with all landmarks and waterbus stations marked on it, which we found very useful. This was the nicest accommodation we stayed in during trip to Italy. Travelled as group of 8. Photos don't do justice to this lovely house.

A characterful apartment in a remarkably unspoilt area shared with a barely discernable trickle of inquisitive and well-informed visitors seeking out the 'genuine' everyday Venice of gently flapping washing lines, sun-dappled courtyards and characterful calli - yet still close to the action if you want to get busy about town
Within steps of the peaceful Palladian church of San Francesco della Vigna (St Francis of the Vines) with its soaring bell-tower and delightfully peaceful cloisters, and on the 'right' side of town for visiting the Biennale Pavilions at Arsenale and Giardini
A gentle walk to the imposing Basilica di Santi Giovanni e Paolo (one of the largest churches in Venice and burial place of no fewer than 25 Venetian Doges), the richly atmospheric Scuola di San Giorgio degli Schiavoni with its paintings by Carpaccio, and to the 'Questura' office of Donna Leon's fictional Commissario Guido Brunetti

Ca’ Del Monastero, une ancienne résidence très particulière comprenant 9 appartements magnifiquement rénovés et de différentes dimensions (parmi lesquels Ca' Monastero 3- voir la section dédiée), située dans ce qui fût un temps le monastère relié à l'ancienne Eglise de San Zandegolà (l'une des plus anciennes de Venise), à quelques pas du Canal Grande, dans le quartier de Santa Croce.
Disponible depuis peu, cette résidence jouit d'une atmosphère de calme et de sérénité dans ce qui est certainement l'un des quartiers les plus suggestifs et incontaminés de Venise, un vrai plongeon dans le passé. Les appartements Ca’ del Monastero offrent des logements spacieux et somptueusement présentés pour des petits et moyens groupes ou pour des groupes jusqu'à 38 occupants, si considérés ensemble.*

Des meubles contemporains savamment assortis et des couleurs neutres et délicates se fondent sans solution de continuité dans une ambiance traditionnelle faite de sols en marbre rouge poli et/ou des sols traditionnels en terrazzo alla veneziana, tandis que des meubles élégants de grande classe et des finitions raffinées, telles que les murs en résine et les somptueux papiers peints, confèrent une touche de fraicheur et de modernité au caractère ancien de l'édifice.
Doté d'une série d'équipements ultramodernes, auxquels aucun voyageur expert ne saurait désormais renoncer (climatisation, connexion internet WiFi ainsi que des équipements et services à usage commun), les appartements Ca’ del Monastero se trouvent dans une position idéale pour entrer en contact avec le véritable cœur et l'âme de la ville et pour visiter tout ce que Venise a à offrir, sans pour autant renoncer aux conforts que la vie citadine sait offrir.

Un appartement très agréable en double exposition et qui jouit d'une vue magnifique sur l'Eglise, le Campo e le Rio de San Zan Degolà, à l'avant et sur la Salizada du Fondaco dei Turchi à l'arrière. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, pour un séjour inoubliable.
L’appartement est situé au premier étage du palais et il est accessible par ascenseur ou à travers un escalier allant du splendide hall en commun, au rez-de-chaussée, avec un dallage de marbre en échiquier. Cette résidence, caractérisée par un raffinement à l'état pur accompagné de lignes épurées et minimalistes, comprend une pièce principale salle à manger /séjour sur toute la longueur avec un sol en terrazzo alla veneziana et de hauts plafonds qui rappellent la disposition traditionnelle des Piani Nobili que l'on trouve dans de nombreux palais vénitiens.
La pièce principale, aux proportions raffinées avec des poutres peintes desquelles pendent de merveilleux lustres en verre, offre de nombreuses assises et une table à manger au style moderne, positionnée de façon astucieuse près de deux fauteuils attrayants style rococo.
D'un côté de la pièce centrale on arrive à la cuisine / coin petit déjeuner, bien aménagée et équipée, tandis que de l'autre côté on accède à deux chambres doubles au style très raffiné, l'une à l'avant avec cheminée décorative (non utilisable) et l'autre à l'arrière. Toutes deux sont dotées de salle de bain privative, au style moderne (l'une avec une grande douche, l'autre avec un combiné douche/baignoire).
Entre les deux chambres se trouve une autre petite chambre/snug avec un canapé/lit gigogne pour 2 personnes, tandis qu'une quatrième chambre avec un lit double (pouvant être transformé en lits jumeaux - il suffit de le demander lors de la réservation) et une salle de bains attenante (w.c. et lavabo uniquement) se trouve à l'avant de l'appartement, sur le côté opposé.

Notre opinion
Classe, confort incomparable et histoire dans une zone riche en saveurs locales.
A quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Venise Santa Lucia et de Piazzale Roma, si vos bagages sont légers, et encore plus près de l'arrêt du vaporetto de Riva di Biasio et San Stae sur le Canal Grande pour circuler en ville sans ennuis.
Un monde à découvrir et une multitude de choses à faire, à deux pas de chez vous …
En quelques instants on arrive à Campo San Giacomo Dell'Orio, l'une des plus fascinantes places de Venise, très arborée et en dehors des circuits touristiques habituels. Vous y trouverez aussi un supermarché Coop bien ravitaillé et aux alentours divers magasins. A deux pas de là vous trouverez le supermarché Billa, sur le canal Rio Marin.
Très proche d'une grande variété de cafés, bars et restaurants parmi lesquels All'Anfora, La Zucca, Il Refolo, Al Prosecco et Antica Besseta, pour en citer juste quelques uns, et à quelques minutes de la Galerie internationale d'art moderne Ca' Pesaro, le Palais Mocenigo à San Stae (Musée des tissus et des Costumes avec les parcours sur le parfum) et la Fondation Prada à Ca' Corner della Regina.
