Close to some of the finest sights that Venice has to offer including the Accademia Bridge and Galleries and the spectacular Zattere promenade, Ca’ Romantica sleeps 6 guests in a dreamy vintage setting in which contemporary elegance takes the place of OTT Venetian style
Boasting 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms behind its antique exterior (note the envious side-glances of those crossing the adjacent bridge!) Ca’ Romantica’s air-conditioned accommodation is reached via a characterful internal courtyardand comprises –

· A charming central ‘salone’/dining room of traditional Venetian layout with sparkling terrazzo underfoot, a tall beamed ceiling with a splendid glass Murano chandelier shining above a contemporary dining suite seating 6, and wonderful Gothic ‘bifore’ windows opening onto a dainty flower-festooned Juliet balcony overlooking the tranquil Rio Del Malpaga canal and the little bridges to either side

Palazzetto perfection in much-loved locale, which the VOV team is very proud to call home!
Within a gentle stroll of the Ca’ Rezzonico Museum of 18th century Venice, the Ca’ Rezzonico vaporetto (water bus) stop (with no bridges to cross in between!) along with some of our favourite restaurants and bars.
Steps to the Fondamenta Della Toletta - a pretty canal-side fringed with a bookshop, bank, the well regarded Enoteca Ai Artisti and the busy Bar Alla Toletta - the latter serving some of the tastiest tramezzini in town!
Also within easy reach of a well-stocked 2-storey Punto Simply supermarket at lively Campo Santa Margherita, the ‘Barca Della Frutta e Verdure’ fruit and veg boat moored on the Rio di San Barnaba canal (don’t forget your camera!) and the small shops of Campo San Barnaba for all your self-catering needs
For arrivals between 8.00 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organize arrivals between midnight and one o'clock with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

The light by the shower in the 2nd bathroom wasn't working which makes the shower a bit dark and (being an older building perhaps) the shower pressure isn't hotel standard, but nothing to spoil the enjoyment

Location was excellent, loved that it was a little outside of the big tourist area but a convenient walk to get to everything. Plenty of options right outside the apartment for food, shopping, etc. Seevice was also wonderful with quick responses to aplus

Caterina met us when we arrived and showed us how to get in and also had great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean, stocked with all necessities we could have needed, and had beautiful canal views from the terrace. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos etwas eleganter, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchenausstattung sind aber erstklassig und sehr gepflegt. Sie liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend, auf der Altana ist man komplett ungestört.

Eindrucksvoll sind die Türknäufe aus Muranoglas, leider fehlt an der Küchentür schon einer. Man braucht recht viele Schlüssel - um in die Wohnung zu gelangen schon zwei und dann mindestens drei, um vom unteren Teil auf die Altana und ins oberste Schlplus

Da ist ein bisschen Konzentration notwendig, damit man sich nicht aussperrt. Die Treppen zur Altana sind - wie fast überall - steil und eng. Nichts für jemanden, der schlecht zu Fuß ist, aber da ist Venedig sowieso nicht die beste Wahl. Alles in allem eine sehr gepflegte, typisch traditionelle venezianische Wohnung mit viel Charme.

Charming location! Fun to watch Campo San Barnaba come to life every morning. We felt the apartment was central enough to take advantage of everything Venice has to offer without being in the middle of the tourist crush. Neighborhood highlights included a very enjoyable meal at Osteria Enoteca ai Artisti thanks to the welcoming young staff and stellar pastries at Dal Nono Colussi, and there were plenty of lively bars in the area for aperitivi. The Views on Venice team extremely helpful in booking airport transfers and were always available to answer a question or supply a recommendation when needed.

The apartment was lovely. Had just about everything one would want and need for your stay. Great location! Appreciate VOV making the arrangements for our water taxi, being met at the water taxi drop off and absolutely with the help with our luggageplus

Good living space. The only caveat was the unpleasant smell in the hallway upstairs when you enter the terrace bedroom. We found that room to be unusable. Other than that, it was a perfect apartment for this occasion. We have already booked our return for next October for Ca' Cerchieri which we stayed in 2 years ago and loved. Many thanks for the excellent service your company provides.

Cet appartement spacieux se trouve au deuxième étage d’un palais sur le Grand Canal dans le sestiere Dorsoduro tout près de Campo San Barnaba. Il comporte trois chambres doubles (deux avec lits doubles, une avec deux lits simples), une salle à manger, un grand séjour, une cuisine entièrement équipée et trois salles de bain avec baignoire. La salle de bain de la chambre principale est attenante. Il est aussi possible de louer une chambre simple supplémentaire, pour un supplément de 50 euros par nuit.
Il est décoré avec goût et soin, les meubles sont des pièces anciennes de la collection privée du propriétaire et tous les sols sont en parquet. Toutes les chambres ainsi que le séjour donnent sur le jardin privatif du palais, ce qui en fait un appartement particulièrement calme. Air conditionné dans toutes les pièces ; dispose d’un ascenseur, mais il y a un étage à monter pour accéder à l’appartement. Vivement recommandé.

Ce magnifique appartement est situé au dernier étage d’un palazzo historique le long du Grand Canal dans le sestiere Dorsoduro entre l’Accademia et Ca' Rezzonico. Depuis chaque pièce vous aurez une vue exceptionnelle sur Venise. Un ascenseur vous amène au troisième étage, puis vous devez monter un étage pour arriver à l’appartement.
Cette charmante propriété comporte un séjour confortable dont les larges fenêtres donnent sur une terrasse à la vue exceptionnelle et sur laquelle 6 personnes peuvent s’installer confortablement ; une salle à manger pour 8 personnes et un coin bureau. La cuisine, qui offre une vue sur le Grand Canal, est entièrement équipée (grand réfrigérateur avec distributeur de glaçons, four, four à micro-ondes, etc.)
Chacune des trois chambres dispose de sa propre salle de bain avec baignoire. La chambre principale comporte une terrasse qui surplombe le Gand Canal.
