Charmingly located in sleepy Campo degli Incurabili, near the Peggy Guggenheim, the Accademia Galleries, and the Zattere’s spectacular canal views, L'Opera Divina sleeps 8(+2) guests in 4(+1) bedrooms arranged over 3 floors and accessed by stairs*.
Taking design cues from its incredibly popular sister apartment and hosting up to 19 guests when taken together, the apartment showcases custom bathrooms and cool terrazzo flooring and is air-conditioned** throughout for your comfort in warm weather.
Themed in such a way as to ‘bring the outside in’ through botanical prints, well positioned lighting, and a range of colours that sing, the extensive accommodation offers Wi-Fi and comprises:
• Your own private doorway on the campo leading into the:
Ground Floor
• An entrance hallway with mirrored closets, one cleverly concealing a Miele combined washing machine/dryer which comes in useful during extended stays
Doorway into:
• A peaceful double bedroom to the rear of the property with a mirrored wardrobe, a double bed dressed in shades of pepperoncini and mushroom (which can be split into twins upon request), and a stylish en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower over

• A super-attractive small sitting room/TV room with botanical prints, a double sofa-bed for 2, shelving and mirrored wardrobe and French windows opening onto a small Juliet balcony
• A contemporary kitchen/dining room in salicornia green comprehensively kitted out with integrated Bosch and Miele appliances (including a wine fridge!), a dining suite seating 8 with banquette seating and ‘ghost’ chairs and French windows opening onto a bijou Juliet balcony looking onto the quiet comings and goings along the Rio Terà San Vio

• The final and totally gorgeous double bedroom in shades of violetta di Chioggia (local artichoke) and mushroom with a double bed (which can be split into twins upon request), a wardrobe and a sparkling en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower
* Please note that the staircases are quite steep and, due to the age of the building, some of the carpeted stone treads are uneven. There is no lift

A superb transformation in delightful surroundings and fully deserving of a standing ovation!
A short stroll to the Church of the Salute, the Palazzo Cini Gallery and to the Punta Della Dogana Center of Contemporary Art at Dorsoduro’s eastern tip, and close to a great choice of eating places and bars including Agli Alboretti, Lineadombra and Ristorante Riviera for fine dining, and Osteria Al Squero, Corner Pub and Cantinone Gia Schiavi for spritz and cicheti.
An easy walk to 4 vaporetto (water bus) stops – Zattere Spirito Santo, Zattere, Salute and Accademia for travel around the city (note that St. Mark’s Square can be reached by vaporetto from Salute in under 5 minutes on Line 1!), to 2 Conad supermarkets – one just behind the Zattere Spirito Santo vaporetto stop and the other at the western end of the Zattere – and to the traghetto at Calle Lanza / Calle del Traghetto San Gregorio which, during operating hours, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the traghetto stop beside the Gritti Palace in the district of San Marco.
Also within easy reach of the Alilaguna boat stop connecting the Zattere to Venice's Marco Polo Airport.
**Please note that the operation of air conditioning and heating are subjected to the municipality regulation. Generally, the heating works from middle of October to middle of April, while air conditioning works between middle of Aprile to middle of October. Please contact us for further information.
For arrivals between 8.00 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organize arrivals between midnight and one o'clock with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

Excellent communication with the booking team from the moment the reservation was made to the day of arrival, with the added bonus of assistance in obtaining water taxis from the train station upon arrival and to the airport upon departure. Special thanks to Luca who greeted us at the dock, escorted us to the apartment, cheerfully answered all of our questions, and pointed out on a map some of his favorite cafes and restaurants. The location is a much quieter neighborhood than most and still within walking distance of lots of places. We used the vaporetto passes for two days. We highly recommend for families and couples.

I found Views On Venice through Air BnB, and decided to book with them directly (thus avoiding Air BnB fees and bureaucracy). We wouldn't have been happier with our 5 bedroom apartment in Venice. Like all of their properties, it was beautifully furnished and professionally managed. The appliances, supplies, linens etc were top notch, and their concierge service was flawless. We were able to arrange daily cleaning for our large group. We booked a magical cooking class through them. We stayed in the heart of Dorsoduro which we loved. The apartment more than lived up to our expectations and compared to a luxury hotel (which the apartment was the equivalent of) it was far more economical. We look forward to using them again when in Italy.

Uno straordinario palazzo del 15esimo secolo di una bellezza eccezionale che rivela I suoi segreti solo a pochi fortunate sulle rive del Canal Grande.
Raramente si può vedere un immobile veneziano di tale prestigio e restaurato in modo così impeccabile da togliere il fiato.
Allora permettete che Vi presentiamo il gotico Palazzo Dell’Angelo che gentilmente bacia il bagnasciuga tra Rialto e San Samuele, pur lontano dalla folla ma sa offrire panorami incantevoli a pochi passi da Campo Sant’Angelo nel Sestiere di San Marco.
Condividendo questo tratto ultra prestigioso del Canal Grande con dei vicini storicamente consacrati come il famoso Palazzo Mocenigo e il fiabesco Palazzo Pisani Moretta direttamente di fronte, l'illustre Palazzo Dell'Angelo racchiude 4 appartamenti di livello deluxe, ognuno creato per superare le vostre aspettative di un immobile veneziano di lusso in affitto.
Coniugando un arredamento meticolosamente studiato con un'aria di privilegio senza tempo (donando la sensazione che semplicemente non c'è niente di meglio di una "casa" veneziana così!), il palazzo può ospitare fino a 28 ospiti se prenotato in esclusiva e vanta un esclusivo ingresso riservato dal Canal Grande (porta dell'acqua) che permette di arrivare direttamente con taxi-motoscafo privato.
Un tempo proprietà dell'antica famiglia Garzoni (originari di Bologna, poi cittadini della Serenissima) ed un tempo sede della magnifica biblioteca del notabile storico Pietro Garzoni (1652-1719), il palazzo gode di una vista panoramica davvero memorabile catturata da Canaletto nel suo dipinto del 1725 ‘Il Canal Grande a Venezia con il Ponte di Rialto’.
Accessibili in modo discreto dal lato terra attraverso il suo cortile interno "segreto" delimitato da archi e colonne, i 4 appartamenti di Palazzo Dell'Angelo sono di diverse dimensioni e stili.

• Un secondo salone d’angolo splendidamente arredato con un paio di alte finestre gotiche che si aprono sul Canal Grande nella parte anteriore più un'altra sul lato che gode di ampie vedute fino all'iconico Ponte di Rialto... e permettono un colpo d’occhio sul paesaggio di canali immortalato da Canaletto
• La sala da pranzo estremamente elegante del piano nobile dove gli ospiti possono sedere attorno a uno spettacolare tavolo da pranzo intagliato e con ripiano in vetro

Contemporaneo nel design e perfettamente arredato con tessuti pregiati e con accessori personalizzati, tutte le camere hanno i propri bagni in marmo piuttosto spettacolari, ciascuno progettato e creato per rievocare il tema cromatico della sua camera da letto associata (in effetti, l’igiene quotidiana non è mai stata una tale gioia !)

In un’unica parola “spettacolare”… ed è uno dei pochi se non l’unico immobile di lusso veneziano disponibile per brevi periodi che offre non uno bensì due interi piani nobili in un palazzo sul Canal Grande.
Meravigliosamente situato in una zona esclusiva conosciuta per le sue gallerie e negozi di antiquariato appena fuori da Campo Santo Stefano (una delle piazze più amate di Venezia) e a pochi passi da Palazzo Grassi, museo di arte contemporanea e dal Ponte dell’Accademia che conduce alle gallerie dell’Accademia e a Dorsoduro.
A breve distanza da una vasta scelta di ristoranti, bar, caffetterie e negozi, tra cui un negozio di alimentari / negozio di gastronomia e un'enoteca locale ben fornita.
A pochi passi da 2 fermate del vaporetto per spostamenti agevoli in città (San Samuele - Linea 2 e Sant'Angelo - Linea 1) e a pochi passi dal servizio 'gondola traghetto' (situato letteralmente a fianco del palazzo) che trasporta i passeggeri in gondola attraverso il Canal Grande fino a San Tomà (vicino ai Frari) nel sestiere di San Polo.
A pochi passi dalla galleria dell'interior designer Chiarastella Cattana, uno showroom sofisticato con eleganti e sofisticati tessuti e arredi e, per gli amanti del profumo, l'outlet veneziano della famosa 'Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella' di Firenze - una delle più antiche farmacie del mondo che all’epoca creava le fragranze di Caterina de' Medici.

Ca’ Cerchieri Piano Nobile – anche chiamato as ‘Piano Nobile della Loggia’
Probabilmente il miglior appartamento disponibile per affitto a Venezia oggi ... il non plus ultra dell'esperienza veneziana. Uno spettacolare 'piano nobile' di 550 mq in uno dei più imponenti palazzi sul Canal Grande di tutta la città, che offre eccezionali livelli di stile e lusso accompagnati da una vista mozzafiato sul Canal Grande che spazia dalla 'volta del canal' a Ca' Foscari verso il Ponte dell'Accademia e oltre.
Situato nel sestiere Dorsoduro, in posizione splendidamente dominante di fronte al Museo d'Arte Moderna di Francois Pinault a Palazzo Grassi e tra il Ponte dell'Accademia/Accademia di Belle Arti e il Museo di capolavori del XVIII secolo a Ca' Rezzonico, l'appartamento si trova all'interno del cinquecentesco palazzo gotico 'Palazzo Loredan dell'Ambasciatore', luogo di nascita di non uno, ma due, antichi Dogi di Venezia - Leonardo Loredan (1501-1521) e Francesco Loredan (1752-1762).
Offre un alloggio memorabile per un massimo di dodici ospiti, Ca' Piano Cerchieri Nobile si trova al secondo piano servito da ascensore e dispone di un ingresso di acqua dal Canal Grande per arrivare, partire e fare gite turistiche in taxi acqueo con ogni comodità. Indubbiamente opulento ed esclusivo, ma per lo stesso motivo estremamente confortevole, l'appartamento ha tre zone giorno sontuose (una delle quali conduce ad una splendida terrazza arredata o 'loggia' con caratteristici archi in gotico veneziano a 'Trifora' che si affacciano sul Canal Grande), un'elegante sala da pranzo anch'essa con vista sul Canal Grande e una cucina perfettamente attrezzata.
Per completare lo spazio dell'alloggio, ci sono tre camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno privato, tre/quattro camere più piccole con due bagni e una lavanderia. Dettagli di gran lusso - ricchi tessuti Fortuny, carta da parati stampata a mano con gli storici blocchi Zuber, rari mobili d'epoca, lampadari di Murano e un pianoforte Steinway compongono la scena, insieme a tutto l'equipaggiamento moderno che ci si aspetta (tra cui schermo piatto LCD, TV satellitare, impianto audio Bang & Olufsen, connessione Internet a banda larga wireless e aria condizionata in tutte le camere) proiettano l'ambiente storico direttamente nel XXI secolo.
Per gli ospiti più esigenti che cercano la perfezione e la privacy all'interno di una proprietà di altissimo livello. Servizio di pulizia giornaliera e 24 ore di servizio di maggiordomo a richiesta.
