A spacious free-flowing open-plan dining room / kitchen space in deep pinky-red terracotta overlooking the west-facing Campo Incurabili to the fore, with beams overhead, fabulous wooden herringbone parquet flooring underfoot, a well-equipped contemporary kitchen in white (with washing machine / dryer) where you can crack open the Prosecco or rustle up a storm (if cooking with the super-fresh local ingredients is your bag!), plus a dining suite hosting 6 guests to the side and just the spot for some convivial downtime where you can all share stories of your Venetian adventures!
A restful principal double bedroom to the rear of the apartment dressed in sunny yellow and peacock blues and greens, and furnished with a beautifully upholstered double bed with can be split into twins upon request

A charming apartment championing pared-down Venetian appeal in one of our absolute favourite parts of town!
A short stroll to Campo San Vio on the Grand Canal and the Palazzo Cini Gallery to the west, the Church of the Salute and the Punta Della Dogana Center of Contemporary Art to the east, and close to a great choice of eating places and bars including Ai Gondolieri, Lineadombra and Ristorante Riviera for fine dining, and the popular Osteria Al Squero, Corner Pub and Cantinone Gia Schiavi for spritz and cicheti.
An easy walk to 4 vaporetto (water bus) stops – Zattere Spirito Santo, Zattere, Salute and Accademia for easy travel around the city (note that St. Mark’s Square can be reached by vaporetto from Salute in under 5 minutes on Line 1!), to 2 Conad supermarkets – one moments away just behind the Zattere Spirito Santo vaporetto stop and the other at the western end of the Zattere – and to the traghetto at Calle Lanza / Calle del Traghetto San Gregorio which, during operating hours, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to the traghetto stop beside the Gritti Palace in the district of San Marco.
Also within easy reach of the Alilaguna boat stop connecting the Zattere to Venice's Marco Polo Airport.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. and midnight there is an additional cost for "late arrival" of Euro 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. We organise arrivals between midnight and 1 a.m. with an additional cost of Euro 100, after this time we reserve the right to accept the customer always with a supplement to be quantified according to the time of arrival.
Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.

I think that the windows could be renovated like in the kitchen, to stop noise coming from outside and be warmer inside. Also what I missed is in the bathroom to have place to put things. It was a bit difficult for me to put and remove contact lensesplus

Un studio paisible et relaxant pour 4 personnes, dans un quartier dynamique, central et infiniment séduisant de la ville.
À quelques pas de l’église du XVIIIe siècle de Santa Maria Della Fava et à proximité d’une foule de sites et d'attractions célèbres, notamment la capsule temporelle vénitienne qu'est le Querini Stampalia, le fabuleux Palazzo Grimani juste à côté du Campo Santa Maria Formosa, l'église de San Zaccaria avec sa crypte et son merveilleux retable de Bellini, et La Pietà de Vivaldi sur le front de mer ensoleillé de Riva degli Schiavoni...
... À une courte distance, à travers calles tranquilles, canaux et espaces verts, de la vie paisible du quartier de Castello, à l'atmosphère décontractée et très authentique...
... Toute arrivée entre 20 h et minuit est tarifée 50 €, payables en espèces immédiatement. Nous organisons des check-ins entre minuit et 1 h du matin, avec une majoration de 100 €, payables en espèces immédiatement. Après 1 h du matin, nous réservons le droit d'accepter le Client, toujours avec un supplément à quantifier en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée.
Les lits sont disposés en lits doubles ou jumeaux, comme indiqué sur les photos. La possibilité de transformer un lit double en lits jumeaux ou vice versa est indiquée dans la description et doit être demandée au moins 7 jours avant l'arrivée.14 avis
