A dream Grand Canal pied-à-terre for two promising the full Venetian experience within the august surroundings of one of Venice’s most notable palazzos!
Sharing its distinctly upmarket neighbourhood with some of the city’s most coveted residences and ideally placed for the first time or regular visitor to Venice who appreciates peaceful surroundings yet who’d like to stay close to many of her star attractions (including those at St. Mark’s Square and Rialto just a short walk away!)
Within a stone’s throw of the Accademia Bridge crossing the Grand Canal over to the district of Dorsoduro (check out the newly opened and beautifully positioned Moro Café and Restaurant at Palazzo Franchetti right beside it!) and within moments of traditional bars and osterie, a wine shop, a local grocery/delicatessen and a very well-stocked Despar supermarket (and a cinema!) just a little further on.
Antique shops, small galleries and little boutiques are right on your doorstep including Palwer Jewellery, Artion Galleries, Atelier Elizabetta Zanutto, interior designer Chiarastella Cattana – a discreetly sophisticated showroom of fine and distinctively woven textiles and furnishings – and, for scent-lovers, the Venice outlet of the famous Florentine ‘Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella’ (one of the oldest pharmacies in the world and one time fragrance maker to Catherine de’ Medici).
Also close to two vaporetto (water bus) stops – San Samuele (Line 2) and Sant’ Angelo (Line 1) – for foot-friendly exploration of the city, and moments to the local traghetto at Garzoni which, during operating times, ferries passengers by gondola across the Grand Canal to San Toma in the district of San Polo... watch it crossing from your windows!

Eine fabelhafte Wohnung mit einem der spektakulärsten Panoramablicke in ganz Venedig.
Auf der ruhigen und entspannten Insel Giudecca (wo auch Sir Elton John ein Haus hat!) und direkt über dem Giudecca-Kanal im Sestiere Dorsoduro gelegen, befindet sich diese schicke und sonnige Immobilie in der dritten und obersten Etage und vereint Komfort und Stil mit einer beneidenswerten Position direkt neben Palladios Kirche Il Redentore.
Sie verfügt über ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und einen Essbereich mit Fenstern in voller Länge, die direkt auf die Terrasse führen (die sich über die gesamte Länge der Wohnung erstreckt und zum Essen im Freien „al fresco“ eingerichtet ist), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche.
Eine Treppe führt zur außergewöhnlichen hölzernen 'Altana' (Dachterrasse), die zusammen mit der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss einen uneingeschränkten Blick aus der Vogelperspektive über den Giudecca-Kanal in Richtung Markusplatz, Dorsoduro und die Kuppeln von Santa Maria Della Salute bietet - perfekt für ein Sonnenbad, oder zum Entspannen mit einem Glas und einem Buch oder einfach das Panorama genießen, während die Boote vorbeifahren.
Es ist verständlich und verzeihlich, dass Sie Ihren gesamten Urlaub in einem Zustand völliger Entspannung in der Wohnung verbringen möchten, ist es jedoch gut zu wissen, dass Sie nur drei Minuten mit dem Boot von Dorsoduro entfernt und fünf Minuten zum Markusplatz brauchen, um das Beste aus Kultur und „Einzelhandelstherapie“, das Venedig zu bieten hat, für sich einzunehmen - in der Tat das Beste aus beiden Welten!
Einst bekannt für seine Palazzi mit Gärten und jetzt für sein authentisches und echtes "venezianisches" Ambiente, bietet Giudecca eine Reihe von Restaurants, von der schönen überdachten Terrasse des "Harry's Dolci" über die eleganten Restaurants des Hotels Cipriani bis hin zu denen mit einfacheres und bescheideneres Essen und passende Preise. Oder wenn Sie sich für ein romantisches Abendessen "zu Hause" unter dem Sternenhimmel entscheiden möchten, dann kaufen Sie Lebensmittel in einem der kleinen Geschäfte von Giudecca ein, im örtlichen COOP-Supermarkt (nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt in der Nähe der Vaporetto-Haltestelle "Palanca") oder im Prix in der Nähe der Redentore-Kirche noch näher zu Hause.

Bei Anreisen zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr. Bei „verspäteter Anreise“ fällt ein Aufpreis in Höhe von 50 Euro an, der bei der Anreise in bar zu entrichten ist. Wir organisieren Anreisen zwischen Mitternacht und 13 Uhr mit einem Aufpreis von 100 Euro. Danach behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Kunden immer mit einem Zuschlag zu akzeptieren, der je nach Ankunftszeit zu beziffern ist.

Eine Immobilie, wo Sie sich an all ihrer Schönheit aus Holz und Leinen erfreuen werden ...!
Eine stilvolle und einladende Wohnung im Loft-Stil mit fantastischen Holzbalken und einer Dachterrasse „Altana“, beneidenswert nur wenige Schritte vom Palazzo Grassi entfernt im gehobenen Stadtteil San Samuele, direkt am Campo Santo Stefano.
Mit Platz für 4 Personen in einer ruhigen und etwas versteckten Umgebung befindet sich die elegante Wohnung Ca’ Grassi 3 in der obersten Etage, die über eine Treppe erreichbar ist.
Tür an Tür mit „Casa Veronese“ - Heim des herausragenden italienischen Renaissance-Malers Paolo Veronese aus dem 16. Jahrhundert; (Maler u.a. von „Hochzeit zu Kana“ und „Das Gastmahl im Hause des Levi“, das heute in der Accademia-Kunstakademie für Malerei und Skulptur direkt gegenüber der nahe gelegenen Accademia-Brücke hängt), diese schicke und bequeme Wohnung verfügt über WLAN-Verbindung und Klimaanlage überall und umfasst:
• Ein interner Flur und eine kurze Treppe führen direkt zum hochgewölbten Hauptwohn-/Esszimmer und zur Küchenzeile - ein charakteristischer Raum in sonnengebleichtem Eau de Nil-Ton und ausgetrockneten Papyrusfarben mit einem großen L-förmigen Sofa, das sich in ein bequemes Doppelbett verwandeln lässt , ein maßgeschneiderter Teppich auf poliertem Holzboden, maßgeschneiderte Regale und Schränke mit wandmontierten Fernseher und elektrischem Kamin mit Flammeneffekt (genau das Richtige für eine Winternacht!) sowie mehrere Fenster mit Blick auf die “Salizada”.
• Ein Essbereich mit 4 Sitzplätzen in der Mitte des Raums sowie eine einfache und gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile im hinteren Bereich.
• Eine süße Altana-Dachterrasse direkt neben dem Hauptraum - nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, möbliert und ein idealer Ort zum Frühstücken oder zum Entspannen in der Sonne nach einer geschäftigen - oder nicht so geschäftigen! - Zeit in der Stadt.
• Ein charmantes Doppelzimmer auf der Rückseite mit einer niedrigen Decke mit vielen Holzbalken und einem Doppelbett (aufgrund der Deckenhöhe ziemlich tief auf dem Boden positioniert).
• Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche zwischen Hauptraum und Schlafzimmer.

In einer vornehmen Gegend, die für ihre Galerien und Antiquitätengeschäfte bekannt ist, ein VOV-Favorit!
Perfekt für einen Besuch zu jeder Jahreszeit und nur wenige Augenblicke von Osterien, Straßencafés, einer Weinhandlung und lokalen Lebensmittel-/Feinkostgeschäfte sowie einem gut sortierten Punto-Supermarkt entfernt.
Nur wenige Schritte von der Galerie der Innenarchitektin Chiarastella Cattana entfernt - ein diskret raffinierter Ausstellungsraum aus feinen und unverwechselbar gewebten Textilien und Möbeln und für die Duftliebhaber nur wenige Schritte bis zum Venedig-Outlet der berühmten florentinischen "Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella", eine der ältesten Apotheken der Welt und ehemalige Duftherstellerin Caterina de' Medici.
Nah an zwei Vaporetto (Wasserbus)-Haltestellen - San Samuele und Sant'Angelo - für eine fußfreundliche Erkundung der Stadt und nur Augenblicken bis zum örtlichen "Traghetto" in Garzoni, das während den Betriebszeiten Passagiere mit der Gondel über den Canal Grande nach San Tomà im Sestiere San Polo befördert.
